PROMOTION: Barangay Nestlé Survey Promo

PROMOTION PERIOD: August 5-November 30, 2022

Per DOH-FDA-CFRR Permit No. 1158 s. 2022

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
A. QUALIFICATION/DISQUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS:
1. Participants must have a Barangay Nestlé account to answer the survey.
2. Participants must have an active email address, mobile number, and GCash account to receive a
reward.

B. DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURES AND MECHANICS/ DETERMINATION OF PARTICIPANTS WHO WILL

RECEIVE THE REWARD:

1. The promo period is from August 15-November 30, 2022.

2. Barangay Nestlé will reward members who completely answer the survey in their Barangay Nestlé
account.
a. Barangay Nestlé members can access the survey questions in their profile page.
b. Non-members should create an account in the Barangay Nestlé website,
www.barangaynestle.com.ph, and go to their profile page to answer the survey.
3. There will be four (4) monthly survey completion periods.

1st Survey Completion Period August 5 to August 31, 2022

4. Only participants who completed the survey will receive a reward. Participants should get a “Thank
You” message upon completion of the survey.
5. Only the first two thousand (2,000) survey respondents per survey completion period will receive the
reward, which is equivalent to P50 GCash.
6. Each participant is eligible to receive the P50 GCash only once throughout the promo duration. Only
those who submitted complete responses within the specified survey completion period will qualify for
the reward. Any update made on the responses in the succeeding survey completion periods will
disqualify a participant from receiving the P50 GCash.
7. For related or other concerns, participants can email Consumer.services@ph.nestle.com or call the
Nestlé Consumer Care hotline at 8-898-00-61.

C. REWARD OF PARTICIPANTS FOR COMPLETE REGISTRATION:

1. GCash credits worth PhP 50.00.

D. PROCEDURE IN THE NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:

1. The participants will be notified via SMS sent by GCash, ten (10) working days after each survey
completion period. This SMS will be sent to the mobile number registered in the Barangay Nestlé
account of the participant. The participant must have an active GCash account to receive the reward.

 2. The GCash credits worth PhP50.00 can now be used on the next transaction of the customer for any
merchant within the GCash application.
3. The GCash credits can be used within sixty (60) days from the date it was credited to the participant’s
GCash account.
4. For redemption concerns, recipients may call the Globe hotline, 2882.

F. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By joining and participating in the Promo, a Participant hereby confirms, agrees and acknowledges that:
1. He or she has read the full mechanics of this Promo and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions
of the same;
2. He or she shall hold NPI free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages or
liabilities that may be brought by other persons, natural or juridical, in connection with his/her participation
in the Promo, as well as the statements and declarations made by the participant in relation to the Promo;
3. He or she explicitly authorizes NPI, its principals, subsidiaries, affiliates and its agencies to use his/her
personal information provided for participation in the Promo in any medium of release (mass media, digital
media, etc.), any press release, or any other medium suitable for the promotion of NPI or any of its products;
4. NPI may, without further compensation to Participant: (a) reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, make
available and/or communicate to the public, exhibit, or broadcast any material or information regarding the
Promo, through any means or media without restriction of any kind as to quantity, purpose or time, whether
commercial or otherwise, or to any country or territory in the world; and (b) authorize any of the above
activities;
5. NPI shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction and/or adaptations by third parties of any
materials developed in the course of the Promo including but not limited to advertising materials;
6. NPI assumes no responsibility for:
a. Any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information resulting from or caused by any of the
equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the conduct of the Promo.
b. Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of
submissions of the Participants under the Promo or other similar instances that may occur in
connection with or in relation to the Promo;
7. NPI, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies or its officers, directors, employees,
shareholders, representatives or agents shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any
kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any
access to and use of the digital properties of Barangay Nestlé;
8. NPI shall have the right to disqualify any Participant who fails to comply with the mechanics of the Promo.
The decision of Barangay Nestlé on this matter is final;
9. NPI shall be entitled to cancel, discontinue or suspend the Promo on the basis of the occurrence of force
majeure events or any events beyond their control that will not make it possible for them to continue with
the conduct of the Promo without affecting the fairness and integrity of the same; and
10. The decision of NPI to cancel, discontinue or suspend the Promo on the basis of the foregoing is final
and they will not engage in any dialogue with any person regarding such decision.
