TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering the #papayeahglow (“Challenge/Contest/Activity”), you (“Participant”) agree to

follow and comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) as stated below:

A. Details of the Activity:

The central theme of the Activity is to engage the Participants on a branded 3D lens and
participate in the Activity using the 2D effect created for the brand. The Activity consists of a 2D
effect with which the Participants will have to make a video by using the branded sponsored lens
Jovees Herbals.

The Activity will commence on 27th February, 2023 and will continue for a period of 10 days, i.e.
till 7th March , 2023.

The Activity Will run on the Moj mobile application and its versions i.e. Moj Lite+ (Android) and
Moj Lite (iOS) applications, provided by Mohalla Tech Private Limited (“MTPL”).

B. Participation Guidelines:

To participate in the Contest, the Participant has to:

1) Log in to their Moj/ Moj Lite+ / Moj Lite account;

2) Go to the discover section and choose the lens Jovees;
3) Use the effect/lens Jovees Herbal by playing the game, and upload their video by using
#papayeahglow and tag the brand handle @JoveesHerbals.

It is explicitly stated that any entry which falls under any of the below-mentioned criteria will not
be considered valid under these Terms:

1) Image/video/text video containing objectionable or obscene content (including but not

limited to pornography, sexually explicit material, objectionable gestures, etc.)
2) Image/video/text containing offensive content including but not limited to abusive language
and/or content that incites violence or discriminates, or spreads hate speech based on color,
community, caste, creed, nationality, race, ethnicity, disability (physical or mental), or gender,
etc.
3) Comments accompanying the images/videos that contain any of the above-mentioned
content.
4) Any image/audio/video containing content that violates copyright or the intellectual property
rights of a third party.
5) Any Image/video/text that does not comply with Moj community guidelines and terms of use
or any other policies available here.
6) Entries shall be considered valid for the purpose of the Activity only if the content is not
derogatory or offensive in any manner whatsoever and complies with the Moj terms of use and
community guidelines.

C. Eligibility Criteria:

Participants below the age of 18 years will require explicit parental/guardian consent to
participate in the Contest. The Consent Form for the same is available as a google form. Entries
submitted without agreeing to the consent form (as hyperlink above) for Participants below 18
years of age will be considered invalid.

This Challenge is not open to employees working at MTPL or its partners/agencies, their
immediate family members, or anyone else associated with organizing and conducting this
Contest.

D. Selection Criteria:

1) All participating profiles should be public on Moj

2) Entries that fulfill all the guidelines as mentioned in the Terms shall be considered valid and
eligible to win.

3) Participants must post a video of themselves doing the #papayeahglow Contest with a
maximum duration of up to 60 seconds on their feed.

4) Participants should use hashtag #papayeahglow on every post.

5) The winners will be selected from the entries received as per the Terms, on the basis of
various parameters such as video quality, views and any other parameters that may be decided
by MTPL.

6) The winners will be announced after 10th February, 2023 by Matrix Dotcom Infonet Pvt Ltd
on their Moj and Instagram handle. The winners will be reached out via telephonic
communication.

7) No entries exceeding the timeline would be considered for the prize

8) Only one entry will be accepted per person per account. Multiple entries from the same
person will be disqualified.
9) The announcement of the winners will be at the sole discretion of Matrix Dotcom Infonet
Pvt Ltd. Mere participation in the Challenge does not guarantee winning any prizes.

E. Prizes:

The winners will be selected on the basis of fulfilling the above-mentioned selection criteria.

The winners will be shortlisted and chosen by Matrix Dotcom Infonet Pvt Ltd. There will be a total
of 50 (fifty) winners under this Contest. The top 25 (twenty-five) winners will get a chance to win
hampers worth INR 1000 each which will be given by Matrix Dotcom Infonet Pvt Ltd. The
remaining 25 (twenty-five) winners will get Amazon vouchers worth INR 1000 each by MTPL.

The hampers for the Contest will be provided by Matrix Dotcom Infonet Pvt Ltd and the Amazon
vouchers for this Contest will be provided by MTPL.

The winners shall be required to share their phone number to receive their prize. In case the
winner does not communicate and/or fails to provide the required details, they will not be eligible
to win the prize, and the prize shall be transferred to the next eligible winner. MTPL & Matrix
Dotcom Infonet Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for the winner's failure to share the complete and
correct details.

MTPL may share the names, profile, email ID and phone numbers of the Participants whose
entries have been shortlisted with Matrix Dotcom Infonet Pvt Ltd solely for the purpose of
providing gratification to the winners under this Contest.

F. Additional Terms and Conditions:

1) The Participants must, at the request of MTPL, participate in all promotional activities (such as
publicity and photography) for the Contest, free of charge, and they consent to MTPL using their
name and image in all promotional materials.
2) By participating in the Challenge, each Participant hereby agrees to receive details and
information on this Contest, on their respective mobile phones, through SMS or voice calls,
during the entire duration of the Contest.
3) MTPL reserves the right to decline any Participant without assigning any reason. Any decision
taken in this regard shall be final and binding and shall not be subject to any dispute or
challenge.
4) The prize will neither be transferable nor exchangeable. Mere participation does not entitle a
Participant to win a prize.
5) All the Contest Terms including but not limited to the duration of the Challenge and the value
of the prizes (if any) may be reasonably amended as per our discretion. MTPL Reserves the right,
at its sole discretion and at any time, to amend or modify these terms and conditions, or cancel
the Contest without any prior notice.
6) MTPL's decision shall be final in all aspects.
7) MTPL reserves its right to substitute and/or replace the winnings (if any) with a prize or
service of equivalent value without prior notice.
8) If the winner does not share the complete and correct details on or before 30 days from the
date of notification of their winning entry, the prize shall lapse without further notice and MTPL
will have the right to assign the prize to someone else.
9) In no event shall MTPL be liable for any damages, losses, liabilities, injury, or disappointment
incurred or suffered by the Participant as a result of participating in the Contest.
10) MTPL reserves the right to choose the total number of winners (if any) for this Contest.
