Thank you for considering Grand Artos Hotel & Convention for your forthcoming group that is scheduled in

ATTRITION POLICY
7 (seven) days prior to function actual date
Any reduction for the number of participants, the hotel will proceed to charge based on the agreed minimum
guaranteed number of participants.

Additional Participants
The client may increase the number of participants within 3 (three) days prior to function actual date and such
increase shall be deemed as the minimum guaranteed number to be charged.

Penalty for Cancelled Event

 100% (hundred percent) cancellation charges will be applied if cancellation is received within 2 (two)
days prior to function actual dates

FUNCTION SPACE
Grand Artos Hotel reserves the right to reassign function space should the number of the participants fall below
the minimum contracted numbers. Final approval must be received in writing from our Sales In-charge before
publishing function room names. Rental charges are based upon the meeting outline, attendance and guest
room blockage established. Any change or reductions in current contracted requirements may result in
additional charges.

OTHERS
 Any entertainment or additional A/V equipment required on dates of the event will be subject to
additional charges
 For this event, Mrs. Berlyan, our Account Manager will be in charge for this event.
 Hotel is not responsible for any damage or lost of any guests and organizer belonging that occurred
before, after or during the function
Hotel will provide a normal standard electricity power at NO CHARGE. Should there be additional power
needed, the additional charges will billed to Mr. Rizky Kurniandito Hermawan.
 Any display, signs, streamers, nailing, electrical connections shall be asked with hotel’s supervision
 Any fixtures, damages or loss of hotel equipment/property will be charged to the client
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT POLICY
Mrs. Berlyan, will be responsible for making the total payment of the accommodation and event, with the
following details:
 A non-refundable by sign this agreement
 A final payment from the total expenses (meeting package) must be received by the hotel by cash upon
event
 All outstanding amounts incurred during the event for unforeseen incidentals must be settled upon the
Group departure.
 All services detailed above are subject to cancellation if Guarantee Letter is not received by the hotel at
latest on Friday, 31 March 2023.

Payment can be made by cash, company cheque, credit card or wire transfer. Credit cards will be billed in
Indonesian currency based on hotel billing rate and reflected on the guest folio, on the date of transaction.
Conversion rate may change daily depending on currency fluctuation and might be different with the Bank
exchange rate. If payment is made via company cheque, please make it payable to:

If the above deposit/payment policy is not strictly adhered to, Grand Artos Hotel & Convention reserves the
right to release all rooms and space reserved. Credit terms or guaranteed agreements must be established in
writing with the Hotel during the contract negotiation phase and settled prior to arrival

DEFAULT
If the Group fails to pay any money due under this agreement or otherwise does not comply with its terms, the
Hotel may terminate this agreement and the organization forfeit’s any advance deposit payments.
