Reservation
We recommend advance booking at least 2 days prior to the guest's arrival in order to avoid any
inconvenience. Please mention for any special request regarding bed size.
Method of payment:
 Payment in full for all charges shall be cash payment or invoiced to your company (based on
agreement)
 Cash Payment : Personal Account and Credit Card imprint from the guests upon arrival is required.
 Company Account : Letter of Guarantee is needed at latest two days prior to the guest arrival.

Validity
This agreement is valid from Valid from 01 January 2023 s/d 31 Desember 2023. Any inquiry for
contract extension must be submitted at least one month prior to expiration date. Twin Tower Hotel &
Residence Surabaya reserves all rights to terminate the agreement before the expiration date based on
our professional consideration.

Group Definition
Group rates apply to group of not less than 10 (ten) paying rooms and traveling together at the
same time. The final group rooming list must be forwarded to the hotel minimum one week prior to
arrival date.

Term & Condition:

1. Rooms confirmed by cash deposit, valid company guarantee letter or valid card will be
guaranteed for arrival. Non-guaranteed room reservations will be released by 13:00 on the day of
arrival.
2. All the above rates are not valid during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, Lebaran, etc.
3. The above Corporate Rates are to be kept strictly confidential by both sides.
4. Long Stay rate is only applicable for guest stays 1 (one) month or longer without stay
interruption.
5. In case of guest no show, the hotel reserves the right to charge 1 (one) night cancellation fee.
Cancellation of room reservations must be received in writing by latest 13:00 hours on the expected
arrival day.
6. Late check out fee:
 From 12:00 – 18:00 50% from room charge
 From 18:00 – onwards 100% from room charge
