CANCELLATION
Should the company cancel or postpone the reservation due to unforeseen
circumstances, the following cancellation charges will apply:
 Cancellation after signed the confirmation letter will be charged 50 % from the total
amount.
 Cancellation 2 (two) weeks prior to the event will be charged 75 % from the total
amount.
 Cancellation on the date of the event will be charged 100 % from the total amount.
 Cancellation received by phone will not be accepted. Cancellation must be written
through email
