Dear Rohit,
We are pleased to offer you a position of Quality Check Master – Intern with our organization.
• Location: Remote/Office
• Duration: 6 Months
• Date of Joining: 3rd March, 2022
INR. 10,000/- per month will be paid to you as a stipend, applicability taxation will be there.
You will be coached & mentored by the team leaders & HR. You will be under continuous evaluation
process with monthly cadence in the form of feedback & feed forward.
Evaluation will be based on your demonstrated competencies - technical & behavioural.

Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
An official certificate of work experience detailing the projects taken will be issued to you on
successful completion of your internship. The internship duration will be extended based on your
performance and deliveries
Kindly sign the duplicate copy of the letter as a token of having accepted this offer and return the
same for our records along with submitting the following documents’ scan copy:
a) PAN Card
b) Adhaar Card
c) Bank Details (Passbook/Cheque Copy)
I am anticipating that you will accept this offer by 2nd February 2022, post that it will become
invalid. I am eagerly looking forward to having you join our team. This offer is subject to
satisfactory reference check, declaration regarding any illness or health concerns (mental -
Biological) & verification of the information provided by you in your resume.

1. Confidential Information
“Confidential Information” is proprietary information relating to Company’s business including
but not limited to: business and financial records, intellectual property, proprietary data, security
measures, new products or services, forecasts or any other proprietary business information that,
if disclosed, could affect the business of Company.
2. Non-Disclosure
Without Company’s prior written consent, Intern will not: (a) disclose Confidential Information
to any third party; (b) make or permit to be made copies or other reproductions of Confidential
Information; or (c) make any commercial use of Confidential Information.
4. Term
This Agreement and Intern’s duty to hold Confidential Information in confidence shall remain in
effect until whichever of the following occurs first: (a) 3 years from the last internship date, or
(b) Confidential Information disclosed under this Agreement ceases to be confidential.
