extend our offer of employment to you as a Software Quality Engineer. We would like to confirm
your appointment based on the acceptance of the following:
Place of Posting:
You will be based at the address shown below, although we may direct you to work at different
location from time to time.

Reporting:
You will be operationally reporting to Charmika. Your start date is on 27th January, 2020.

Probation and Confirmation:


Your employment is subject to the satisfactory completion of a probationary period of six months.
The probationary period is designated to grant the Company time to assess whether you are able
to fulfill your role with the Company. During the probationary period, your employment may be
terminated by the Company upon providing ONE week written notice (or payment in lieu of that
notice).

Waypoint Technologies India Private Limited operates 24/7 based on business priorities with 45
hour / week as work duration required to fulfil employment. You may however be required to
attend office on your off days if the business needs so demand.

Salary and Allowances:


a) Your annual salary will be Rs. 2,00,000 (Two Lakhs)
b) This salary will be paid monthly.
c) The above mentioned salary is the total cost to the company and includes all payments
made and benefits provided by the Employer directly or indirectly to or on your behalf,
whether as salary or otherwise.
You will be governed by the general polices of the company with regards to leave and other
administrative matters that may come in force from time to time.

Terms and Conditions
1. Full time employment:
Your position is a whole time employment with the Company and you shall devote yourself
exclusively to the business and interests of the company. You will not take up any other work
for remuneration (part time or otherwise) or work in an advisory capacity, or be interested
directly or indirectly (except as shareholder / debenture holder), in any other trade or business
during your employment with the company, without permission in writing from the President of
the Company.
2. Confidentiality
Any information that an employee learns about Waypoint Technologies India Private Limited,
or its customers, as a result of working for the Company that is not otherwise publicly available
constitutes confidential information. You agree that you will not divulge any confidential
information to anyone who is not employed by the Company or to other persons employed by
the Company who do not need to know such information to assist in rendering services. Any
employee who discloses confidential Company information will be subject to disciplinary action
even if he or she does not actually benefit from the disclosure of such information.
3. Intellectual Property
If you conceive any new or advanced method of improving designs/ processes/ formulae/
systems, etc. in relation to the business/ operations of the Company, such developments will
be fully communicated to the company and will be, and remain, the sole right/ property of the
Company.
4. Duties and Responsibilities
The Company expects you to work with a high standard of initiative, efficiency and economy.
You are expected to strictly follow the various company policies that will be amended or
replaced from time to time. Your work in the Company will be subject to the rules and
regulations of the Company as laid down in relation to conduct, discipline and other matters.
You shall neither divulge nor give out information to any unauthorized person during the period
of your service or even otherwise, particulars about the products and services, technical know-
how, security arrangements, administrative and / or organizational matters of a confidential /
secret nature which may be your privilege to know by virtual of your being our employee.
5. Past Records
If any declaration given, or information furnished by you, to the company proves to be false, or
if you are found to have willfully suppressed any material information, you will be liable to
removal from services without any notice.
6. Termination
a) After completion of probation period this engagement may be terminated by either
party by giving to other at any time notice of three months in writing or payment in lieu
of reduced notice period, which subject to the mutual agreement from both the parties.
b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained including willful
insubordination, disobedience, theft, fraud, habitual absence without approval leaves
etc. and non-performance on your part will entitle the company to terminate your
services without notice and no monetary liability in lieu of notice.
c) Even after disassociating with us, you will not take any assignments with our partners,
customers or any competitors for a period of least 2 years after separations.
7. Return of Property
On termination of services of the company, the employee shall deliver up to the company all
keys, Access card, Laptop, Identification Card, listings, any other belongings to the company.
Furthermore the employee warrants and undertakes that he/she or through a third person will
not make or allow to be made any copy or records in any forms of the above mentioned
materials.
8. Medical Fitness
This appointment is subject to your being, and remaining, medically fit.

Every employee is required to submit photocopies of the following documents:
• Residence Proof
• Proof of Age (Birth Certificate/Passport copy)
• Duly Attested academic / professional certificates / mark lists
• Appointment, Relieving and Experience Certificates of Previous employers (if applicable)
• Salary certificates or salary slips of the last three months
• PAN card, Aadhar card
• Copy of Passport (if available)
• Passport Size Photographs

Note : Please send me soft copies of all above documents along with your confirmation mail by
same day. You are required to bring originals on the date of joing as all the above documents will
be verified with the oiginal documents.

Your acceptance of this position is with the understanding that the appointment is contingent
upon successful completion of a background investigation.

Please confirm your acceptance of the appointment on the above terms and conditions by signing
and returning this letter for our records within 1 (One) day after you receive the Letter.
