Dear Candidate,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been provisionally selected to be designated as Electronics Service Engineer (OJT); Terms of engagement shall be as
follows -

1. Day of Commencement: You are expected to report to your duties immediately after completing your Training at AnG India Excellence Center, but you
will be allowed to appear for your Diploma or Degree examinations. However, you may need to communicate your Examination Calendar to your supervisors
duly, in advance. If you fail to turn up, this offer shall automatically stand cancelled, unless and until revalidated in writing.
2. Reporting: You will report to your immediate supervisor and you will be bound to perform tasks, as assigned by your Supervisor as per requirement of AnG
India Limited, at all times and should always act in a manner that protects company’s interests.
3. Allocated Place of Work: This job is transferable and you can be transferred anywhere in India as required by the Company. However, your initial place of
work will be declared to you on the date of your joining for the Field training, and you will report to Hub In charge.
4. Instructions: You are supposed to follow the instructions given by your AnG India Limited Head Office and work in conjunction with your Seniors, while
learning as well as executing the work given to you from time to time.
5. Roles and Responsibilities: Your roles and responsibilities are outlined in the Job description shall comprise of, but not limited to Installation, PMS, CMS,
Complaint Handling and Site Survey etc.
6. Monthly Remuneration: You are entitled to a monthly stipend of Rs. 6,000.00.00 p.m. only (INR Six thousand per month only which will include your Food
allowance, room rent compensation & daily field allowances etc.), till completion of your Field training. Your Training period will last 3 months or till
Completion of your degree or Diploma examinations, whichever is earlier. You will not be entitled to any compensation during Training at AnG India
Excellence Center, at BBDIT.
On successful completion of your training you are guaranteed an Employment subject to your acceptance of Job role, fitness & adaptability & will be
absorbed in regular cadre of the company with CTC compensation of INR 180000 per annum Rs. One Lac Eighty thousand only per annum, for which
a separate Offer Letter will be issued to you. However, over & above you may be entitled to additional emoluments or perks, depending on suitability,
qualification & place of posting.
7. Working Hours: The field activity has no definite working hours as it will always depend on site readiness and nature of activity. However, your tentative
working hours at Site, normally shall be from 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Monday-Saturday), traveling time excluded. You may be duly compensated with an off for
extra work if done any during Holiday / Night.
8. Claims & Advances: Any expenses incurred towards performing your training duties shall be reimbursable, at actual. Your Bills will be cleared by 15th day of
next month. Also, there can be provision of advances under approval of your supervisor, which will be required to be settled with your month end claims.
9. Leave (Absence from Training): There is no provision of leave during On Job Training. However, you are entitled to weekly off on Sundays and
government Holidays (as per list of Holidays approved by AnG India Ltd). A maximum of up to 12 days as off / Sick leave (Subject to production of medical
certificate from Auth. Medical Practitioner), can be taken till completion of one year of On Job Training.
10. Termination: By either party given a prior 15 days written notice or termination can be done by the Employer on grounds of indiscipline or
underperformance, excessive leaves (if total absentees due to any reason including self-sickness exceeds 12 days) or in case of redundancy / retrenchment, as
per the law.
11. Copyrights and Ownership: You shall not work with any other company either full time or part-time in any capacity that would create a conflict of interest
with the company.
12. Amendment and Enforcement: Any alterations or amendment to this contract shall be duly communicated in writing taking into consideration both the
employer’s and trainee views.
13. Inventions: You agree to promptly and from time to time fully inform and disclose to the company, all inventions, designs, improvements, discoveries,
algorithms, code, compilation and execution, configuration, which you may have created, developed or altered during your engagement with company and whose
results are related directly to the Services rendered by the company or from any experimental work performed, whether conceived by you alone or with others. All
Inventions and all rights, interests and titles therein shall be the exclusive property of the company and you will not be entitled to raise any claims, now and/or in
future.
14. You will be liable to follow all rules and regulations of AnG India Ltd, as amended from time to time.
