Shall there be any cancelation after confirmation of the agreement, 25% of the total expense
will be charged.
Shall there be any cancelation which is less than 48 hours prior to the event date, 50% of the
total expense will be charged.
Shall there be any cancelation which is less than 24 hours prior to the event, 100% of the total
amount will be charged.
TERMS OF GUARANTEE
Guarantee of the minimum persons has to be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the event date.
In case the actual attendees do not achieve the minimum guaranteed as per the agreement, the
minimum guaranteed mentioned in the agreement letter will be charged accordingly.
In case the actual attendees exceed the minimum guaranteed mentioned in the agreement letter,
the actual number of attendees will be charged accordingly.
TERMS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
Deposit of (50%) of the total expense which is Rp. 62.500.000nett, is required to confirm the event.
Otherwise a guarantee letter from a corporate account must be received 48 hours prior to the event
date.
Payment can be settled in cash, credit card or bank draft certified by the bank. Payment can be
transferred to the following account number:

We have blocked and confirmed your booking according to the above arrangement. We would
appreciate your approval and confirmation by giving the deposit and signing this agreement letter
latest by 31 July 2017.
