DEPOSIT / BILLING PROCEDURE:

 50% Deposit should be received by the hotel after signing Event Confirmation.
 In the even that the hotel has not received the down payment yet until the due time, the
hotel has the right to offer the function room and required facilities to the other party.
 The balance of the total payment should be settled no later than 3 days before the
event. All the expenses during the event will be calculated based on the total actual
expensed hours, total attended participants, and total consumed meals and beverages.
 50% from total budget estimation will be charge should the client bring any food to be
consume in the hotel.
 In the even that the client cancel their definite confirmed banquet reservation, the down
payment received is not refundable.
 The hotel will not subject to the responsibility for any reservation or any amendment that
are not accepted and confirmed by the hotel and the client in advance write.
 The payment must be settled in cash bank certified by the bank or by money transfer

Tentative reservations are made upon receiving written instruction and it will be kept for 2
until 7 days. Should there is any other reservation on the same period, we will inform you the
condition and decisions will be made based on first come first serve basis.

Reservation will be confirmed after the hotel received signed confirmation agreement and first
deposits. The hotel has the right to cancel the agreement when deposits are not received
after the dateline mentioned in the agreement.
The confirmation letter will be sent immediately after we receive your acceptance on this
proposal.
