RATES RESTRICTION :
1. We are please to supply accommodation for the period of the contract, however during
some special event period, the contracted rates are subject to availability. Surcharges may
apply for these periods.
2. The offer outlined in this submission will not be available until a written acceptance has
been forwarded to the relevant Account Manager.
3. Rates may change due to any changes in economical stability.

RESERVATION POLICIES
1. Room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation with the hotel upon time of
reservation; therefore advance reservation is advisable.
2. Check-in time is 02.00 PM onwards. Check-out time is 12.00 PM.
Early check-in is subject to availability while late check-out is subject to following surcharge:
Check-out effectuated after 01.00 PM, full day charge will be applied.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES :
1. In absence of written guarantee (fax or e-mail), the hotel will hold the room(s) reserved
until 06:00 PM Jakarta time only. To have a confirmed booking the company will send a
guarantee letter. The fact to send this document will entitle the hotel to charge “No Show”
if the reservation has not been cancelled by 04:00 PM Jakarta Time, on the arrival date.
2. Any cancellation or amendment on individual reservation(s) must be advised to the hotel 2
day the latest on the arrival date.
3. Each no show without cancellation / amandement notice will be charged at one night
corporate rate.
4. All unconfirmed reservations will be release in our system until 6 pm.
