Cancellation / No Show Charge


1. Any Cancellation / postpone on 30 Days or longer before event, 10% will be charged from the total amount of
the inquiries.

2. Cancellation / postpone between 15 – 29 days before event, 25% will be charged from the total amount of the
inquiries.
3. Cancellation / postpone between 7 -14 days before event, 50% will be charged from the total amount of the
inquiries.
4. Cancellation / postpone between 1 - 6 days before event, 100% will be charged from the total amount of the
inquiries.
5. Above remarks are also applied with terms of payment both by Company Account with Guarantee Letter and
by cash.

Guaranteed Attendance
1. Please advise the hotel of your final expected attendance at least 48 hours before the arrival. We will charge
either for the actual number of guest attending or the guaranteed numbers.
2. Any outstanding balance due to an increase in the number of attendees should be settled immediately through
the Front Office Cashier.

Force Majeur
1. Conditions where due to a natural disaster that occured in the surrounding area and an emergency condition
which is delcared by Central Government. All the agreements will be disccussed.
2. Due to Pandemic Covid- 19 , if there are any legal prohibition from central government , all the agrements will
be disscussed.

Terms of Payment
Deposit is requested for all event as per the following schedule as follows:
1. 50% on the total charge should be settled upon confirmation.
2. The balance should be settled 7(seven) days before the event.
3. Payment should be settled in cash, credit, and bank drafts certified by the bank, company cheque, or money
transfer to the following account number :
