We are delighted that you have selected your upcoming event for OTORITAS PELABUHAN

at Aryaduta Makassar and we will ensure your event is a success.

Following our discussion pertaining to your event, we are pleased to confirm the following special
arrangements with details as follows:

Billing arrangement:
 Room, breakfast and meeting package : Company account
 Other expenses ( i.e laundry, minibar, telephone )- personal account - cash basis
 Any entertainment, audio visual equipment and other requirement requested on the day of
the event is subject to availability and shall be charged accordingly.

Terms and conditions

 Total cost is inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge

 The price in this agreement is only valid for the specific period of this event and cannot be extend
to other events.
 The above agreement is subject to change due to alteration in numbers or cancellations.
 Should actual number of delegates decrease below the minimum guarantee, hotel will charge as
per the minimum guarantee.
 Should actual number of delegates exceed the minimum guarantee, hotel will charge as per the
actual number of delegates.
 Any entertainment or additional audio visual equipment required on the dates of the event will be
subject to additional charges.
 No outside food and beverage items are allowed to be brought into the hotel. Nevertheless,
corkage charge shall automatically apply.
 Other incidental charges must be settled before group departure.

 Confirmation and term of payment

Kindly sign and return a copy of this agreement to us on Tuesday, 7 January 2020

Final Settlement is the latest by Tuesday, 14 January 2020

Payments can be settled by cash, credit card, cheque or bank transfer to the following
account :

ACC No : (IDR) 1022.783.013

If the company holds a credit facility with the hotel, a guarantee letter is required one day
after the proposal is confirmed and signed by both parties.

Cancellation or Attrition of Venues

All conferences / meeting space are held by the Hotel for you to the exclusion of other possible
events. As such, in the event of a release of such space by the client, the following cancellation
or attrition charges will be implemented:

Initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable

 For groups with room accomodation, cancelled within 7 working days, will be charged for one
night room charge.
 No shows are chargeable based on one night room charge.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any function which may damage the hotels
Reputation or may affect its business security and safety.

Hotel Policy and Procedures

 Any displays, signages, streamers, nailing, electrical connections requires hotels approval and will
be conducted under hotels supervision. Any fixtures, damages or loss of hotel equipment/property
will be charged accordingly.
 Hotel will not be responsible for any damage or lost of any property brought into hotels premises,
however we will do our efforts to ensure appropriate security.
 All disputes relating to the performance of and or interpretations of any terms provision of this
agreement shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia.
 It is expressly agreed that each party shall be relieved of its obligations under this agreement in the
event and to the extend the performance of the agreement is delayed or prevented by the cause
reasonably beyond its control including, without limitation, acts of GOD, change of statues of
Indonesian Government, riots, war, fire, flood, explosion, act of terrorism, sales of the hotel,

 necessary and essential construction, arrest or seizure under legal process, strike or work stoppage.

Option Date
This commitment is held on a tentative basis until [7 days booking or earlier]. Should another
party request the same arrangement on a definite basis before this date, 24 hours notice will
be given to confirm or release the commitment being held. Once the option date has passed,
this commitment is automatically released should a signed confirmation and deposit not be
received.

Validity of Offer
The validity of this offer expires on Thursday, 6 February 2020, after which time, the hotel has
the right to renegotiate rates and release the function spaces being held for your event.

As an acceptance for this offer, we kindly request a signed confirmation to be sent by fax to
0411-870222 or email to Jennifer.joe@aryaduta.com , latest by Thursday, 6 February 2020.
Otherwise, the hotel shall release the function space automatically.
