In consideration of the benefits to be derived by the parties hereto from this Agreement, hereby agree on

3. Children Policy (maximum of 2 children sharing their parent’s room):-

• Children up to 6 years sharing parent's room are free of charge and from 7 till 12 years old will
enjoy 50 % discount on the adult rate with the maximum of 2 children sharing parent's room.
4. General conditions:-
• The above rates are per room, per period and based on RO basis.
• The above rates are quoted in Saudi Riyals
• This agreement is valid for the Fareast market only; the first party has the right not to
accommodate any guest with another nationality.
• Second party is financially responsible for any damage sustained to the Hotel fittings, property
or equipment by client, guests or outside caterers prior to, during or after the stay, any damage
arising as consequence of misuse in any parts of the venue or its property will be borne by the
second party.
• First party is responsible to take luggage from in front to the Hotel or Rooms and back to in
front of Hotel only. First party is not responsible to load or unload luggage from second party’s
Buses or vehicles.
• The laws applicable in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia shall govern the construction, validity and
performance of this agreement. The parties agree to submit to the courts of Makkah for the
purpose of resolving any disputes ordain or arising out of this agreement.
• The Check-in of the guests must be through proper hotel check-in System via Reception by
providing the required information /documents. If the said not respected, second party will be
fully responsible to face local authorities/laws, in case of any incident.
 • Contracts will not be endorsed or activated on the ministry of hajj website unless it is 100%
paid.
5. Reservation Policy
• FINAL Rooming list for each arrival must be sent to the reservation department in official
written format maximum 30 days before the arrival date.
• Reservations should be made according to Gregorian calendar and rates are applied according to
Hijri Calendar.
6. Marketing:
• The company has the right to publish this rate and to sell this allotment within the Fareast
market only;
• The first party approval for the text and photo before publishing is required; otherwise, it may
result in agreement termination.
7. Payment policies:
• The total amount of this contract is 322,110 SAR
• The full payment for this contract will be settled on 02 installments as per the following

• All Extras and Damage charges (if any) must be paid before check out.
• This agreement will be valid and the allocation will be guaranteed only upon receiving the Full
payment.
• In case of the second party failed to pay any of the above-mentioned installments in the due
date, the first party will have the right to terminate this agreement.
• Payment will be made in cash or by bank transfer.

8. Confidentiality
• The rates and all other details of this agreement are confidential between the two parties and
shall not be revealed to guests or “third party” under any circumstances.
9. Force Majeure
• For the purpose of this agreement, Force Majeure shall mean events, causes and forces beyond a
Party's reasonable control that directly affect business, any measures taken by governmental
authorities which could influence the implementation of either party’s obligations, natural
phenomena such as earthquakes and floods, fires as well as riots, civil commotion, war,
quarantine and airplane crashes. In the event of Force Majeure, the Party for which it became
impossible to meet obligations under the present agreement is to notify in writing the other
party of the beginning and cessation of the above circumstances immediately.
 • In case of Force Majeure, this agreement will be suspended or cancelled and all deposits and
outstanding amounts will be reimbursed. In all cases if any of the Force Majeure clauses occur,
the Parties should meet and renegotiate the terms and conditions of the present agreement in
order to overcome the Force Majeure event and to seek ways to keep losses as low as possible
10. Hotel’s Policy
• Check in Policy: check in is guaranteed after 16:00 PM however before 16.00 PM is subject to
hotel availability
• Check out Policy: Rooms must be vacated before 12:00 noon.
• Late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged 50% of the contracted rates until
18:00 pm.
11. Contract Termination
• In case the second party fails to fulfill its obligations under the present Agreement, first party
has the right to terminate the present agreement.
• The first party as its own optics and discretion shall have the right to terminate this
agreement immediately for security purpose, order of the Government, force majeure or
reasons beyond the control of the Hotel, such as National mourning, war, flood strike
embargo or epidemic. In the event of any of the above mentioned the first party will refund the
full amount of the payment received.
• The first party reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, without prejudice to
any other right it may have, in the event that the operator fails to comply with any of the terms
