-For any changes to your existing reservation please contact the resort reservations@kayahresort.com. directly.
-Please note : 3.5% surcharge will apply on all credit card transactions.
-Resort may request 30% deposit from guests 1 month before arrival to cover the approximate stay expense.
-Cancellation over 14 days prior to the arrival date will be no cancellation fees.
-Cancellation from 8 to 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of each cancelled room/night.
-Cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date will be taken as NO SHOW and 100% of each cancelled
room/night will be applied.
-No amendment is accepted in cancellation period.
-The payment may be paid in USD or KYAT at the resort's prevailing exchange rate.
