Cancellation Policy Details

1. Catagory of reseved room may shift due to out of order or anyunexpected situation.

2. Any cancellation needs to be communicated properly at least3 (Three) working days before check-in date and Group
Reservation cancellation needs to be communicated properly at least 15 (Fifteen) working days before check-in date
(more than 5 rooms will beconsidered as group booking).

3. Hotel reserve the right to charge 1 night panalty in case of NO SHOW.

4. Reservation will be autometically cancelled incase of no advance recieved before 48 hours of arrival date.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Check-In time is 01:00 pm & Check-Out time is 11:00 am.
2. Extra bed (mattress) will be charged at Tk. 2000/- per night which includes complimentary breakfast.
3. Child Breakfast will be charged as 0-5Y no charge, 6-10y-350BDT above 10Y-600BDT.
4. Swimming pool usage for extra person will be charged at Tk. 500/ adult and Tk. 250/ child in hourly basis.
5. 50% of the total room revnue is required in advance to confirm a reservation.
6. Early C/in and late C/out depanding on availability.
