Dear Tripathy,

Greetings from Toshali Sands Resort, Puri.

It is indeed my pleasure writing to you and we would like to extend our earnest
gratitude to you and your Management for patronizing Toshali Sands Resorts, Puri
over the years. We sincerely thank you very much for your constant support and
recognition which has always encouraged us to work harder to continue to meet
your expectations. With reference to the above subject, we are pleased to offer the
below special rates applicable for the guests travelling from your esteem
organization.

Villa Rs. 7000.00

*GST as applicable

Please note above rates are not applicable on BLACK OUT period, which are
mentioned below:
1. During Durga Puja
2. During Christ Mass
3. During New Year

Hotel Terms & Conditions:

1. Above rates are exclusive of all applicable taxes.
2. Above rates will be applicable for the reservations received through your
office.
 3. Our Check in Time is 10.00 AM and Checkout Time is 08.00 AM.
4. For all arrivals at the hotel prior to 07.00 hours, the reservation needs to be
made and held from the previous night.
5. For Early check in or late check-out, a request may be made to the hotel and
is subject to availability.
6. Mandatory for any Non-Resident Indians/Foreigners to produce their passport
at the time of arrival.
7. Mandatory for any Indian to carry a valid identity proof to produce at the
time of arrival.
8. Stay extendable on a pro-rata basis subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy of Hotel:

 There will be no refund for any advance paid for any bookingmade but the
same amount will be adjusted against any booking in coming 6 months’ time.
 If cancelled before 3 days of the date of arrival, there will be no retention.
 If cancelled within 3 days of arrival, the entire amount for stay will be charged
as retention.
 Guest Checks in and immediately checks out prior to his departure date the full
amount will be forfeited.

Productivity & Minimum guarantee of room nights:

On the basis of current business opportunities, we have offered the above very
special rates. We would also expect a minimum guarantee of room nights as
mentioned below during the financial year 2022-23.

Settlement of bills:

 Bills will be settled by the individual guests at the time of departure either by
Credit Card or by Cash.
 Bill to Company facility can only be extended if your company is on our credit
list.
 In order to get yourself enlisted in our credit list, kindly get in touch with the
undersigned.
  Our management reserves the right to approve or reject the credit facility.

On signing of this agreement the above terms & conditions and offers shall be
binding for both the parties.
