SPA Therapies prior to your arrival. All house rules mentioned in the confirmation voucher apply. Room allocation is at sole discretion of the Resort and based on
availability. No Swimming pool & Bar at the Resort. There will be a guest fee applicable per room per holiday - Rs.4130 for check-ins in Purple/Red season and
Rs.2360 for check-ins in White/Blue season. Name change is not possible once CV is generated and Person travelling mentioned on CV has to be present for the
entire duration at the resort post check-in.According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID is mandatory to be carried by every person above the age of 18
staying at the resort/hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card & Aadhaar Card. Without valid ID the
member/guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card, For children below 18 years school identity card or
Aadhaar card is compulsory. Guest Fee will be Applicable. RCV Redeemable Value 0 RCV Number - 0
Guest fees are not applicable if the person traveling is the Co-applicant (or) members spouse (or) members parents (or) members children below the age of 25 years.
The holder of the confirmation voucher needs to carry his/her photo ID along with proof of relationship to the member to be produced in original at the time of
check-in.
Submitting the holiday request through the member portal for guests (along with the guest name) is taken as the final Guest authorization.
Complete details of guest including the first name, last name, Email address, relation to the member & contact number of guest is mandatory to be submitted at the
time of check-in.
Guest fees for Club Mahindra associate/affiliate resorts need to be paid at the time of confirming the holiday booking and it is non-refundable.
Guest fees for Club Mahindra-owned resorts will be collected at the resort.
House Rules
1. Please note that the check-in is 14:00 hours & check-out is 10:00 hours.
2. Please inform us in advance if you are checking in late. We’ll be able to hold your reservation until 18:00 hours only.
3. PAN card is required for all transactions which exceed INR 49,999 towards your resort expenses.
4. We request you to provide valid government original id proof for Indian citizens and produce a valid passport & VISA at the time of arrival in case of Foreign
nationals.
5. Prior to the holiday date mentioned in the confirmation voucher, if any amount is overdue in the membership, Club Mahindra reserves the right to cancel the
confirmed booking or deny check-in without prior intimation.
6. Pets are not allowed at the resort.
7. Taxes will be levied as applicable.
8. Resort house rules and terms & conditions are applicable for the entire duration of stay.
9. All other terms & conditions as per the Membership Rules are applicable.
