Jakarta, 9 May 2023 - Coldplay have announced

their hugely-anticipated return to Asia and
Australia with a special run of stadium shows in
November 2023, as part of their record-breaking
Music Of The Spheres World Tour. The
announcement marks the band’s first ever show in
Jakarta, taking place on 15 November at Gelora
Bung Karno Stadium.

Since the tour’s first date in March 2022, the band

have sold more tickets than any other artist in the
world, receiving rave reviews from fans and critics
alike and picking up accolades including Favorite
Touring Artist at the 2022 AMAs and Tour of The
Year at the 2023 iHeartRadio Awards.

The dates feature Coldplay’s first Tokyo shows

since 2017, their first ever dates in Kaohsiung,
Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur and a special one-off
performance in Perth, their first in Western
Australia since 2009.

1. Tickets can only be purchased through

coldplayinjakarta.com. Tickets are only for
admission to the Coldplay Music of the
Spheres World Tour Jakarta concert.
Tiket hanya dapat dibeli melalui
coldplayinjakarta.com. Tiket dapat digunakan
untuk masuk ke acara konser Coldplay Music
of the Spheres World Tour Jakarta.
2. Name in accordance with a valid ID Card is
required to purchase tickets to the Coldplay
Music of the Spheres World Tour Jakarta
concert. Make sure to buy tickets using your
valid and correct data (ID
Card/KK/KTP/SIM/Passport). Your ticket(s)
cannot be changed and/or modified once the
purchase has been made.
Nama sesuai dengan kartu identitas yang sah
bersifat wajib untuk membeli Tiket ke konser
Coldplay Music of the Spheres World Tour
Jakarta. Pastikan Anda melakukan pembelian
Tiket dengan menggunakan data Anda yang

3. Ticket Buyer is any person who makes a
ticket purchase in accordance with these
Terms & Conditions. Ticket Holder is every
person who owns/controls a ticket to enter
the event location on the date of the event. 1
(one) ticket is valid for 1 (one) Ticket Holder
for 1 (one) entry to the event location.
Pembeli Tiket adalah setiap orang yang
melakukan pembelian Tiket sesuai dengan
Syarat & Ketentuan ini. Pemegang Tiket
adalah setiap orang yang
memiliki/menguasai Tiket untuk memasuki
area acara pada tanggal pelaksanaan acara. 1
(satu) Tiket berlaku untuk 1 (satu) orang
Pemegang Tiket, untuk satu kali masuk ke
area acara.
4. By purchasing the tickets to the Coldplay
Music of the Spheres World Tour Jakarta
concert, you agree to the collection, storage
and limited use of your personal data for the
purposes of the Coldplay Music of the
Spheres World Tour Jakarta concert.
Dengan membeli Tiket konser Coldplay Music
of the Spheres World Tour Jakarta, Anda
telah menyetujui pengumpulan, penyimpanan
dan penggunaan data pribadi Anda secara
terbatas untuk keperluan konser Coldplay

5. There is a ticket limit of 4 (four) per
transaction, and 1 (one) email address and 1
(one) phone number is limited to 1 (one)
transaction.
Setiap transaksi Tiket dibatasi maksimal 4

1 (satu) nomor telepon dibatasi 1 (satu)
transaksi.
6. This concert consists of 11 categories where
My Universe and Festival are free standing
categories, and Ultimate Experience, CAT 1,
CAT 2, CAT 3, CAT 4, CAT 5, CAT 6, CAT 7
and CAT 8 are numbered seating categories.
Seat number(s) will be provided in the
booking confirmation once payment is
completed.

kategori My Universe dan Festival adalah
berdiri bebas, dan kategori Ultimate
Experience, CAT 1, CAT 2, CAT 3, CAT 4, CAT
5, CAT 6, CAT 7 dan CAT 8 adalah kursi

7. There is a limited quota for wheelchair
accessible seating. For more information
regarding wheelchair accessible seating and
booking, please contact our customer service
to process your booking. To get your booking
authorised, you must present your medical
certificate as the proof of disability. The
Organizer only accepts a legitimate medical
certificate from a legitimate institution and
physician.

8. Ticket price excludes Government Tax 15%,
Convenience Fee 5% and any other
applicable charges.
Harga Tiket tidak termasuk Pajak 15%, Biaya
Layanan 5% dan biaya lainnya.
9. E-Ticket(s) will be sent directly to the
registered email address 7 (seven) days
before the concert date. Should you purchase
more than 1 (one) ticket, make sure to come
together with the Ticket Buyer who is
registered at the time of purchase to ensure
a smooth entry process to the concert area.

(tujuh) hari sebelum tanggal konser. Apabila
pembelian lebih dari 1 (satu) Tiket, pastikan
untuk datang bersama dengan Pembeli Tiket
yang terdaftar saat pembelian Tiket untuk
memastikan kelancaran proses masuk ke
area acara.
10. The Ticket Holder must occupy the seat or
position that has been assigned by the
Organizer according to the category of the
ticket purchased.
Pemegang Tiket wajib menempati tempat
duduk atau posisi yang telah ditentukan oleh
pihak Penyelenggara sesuai dengan kategori
Tiket yang dibeli.
11. The Ticket(s) are sold by the Organizer
directly to the Ticket Buyer. Any Ticket(s)
purchased by Businesses or traders for the
purpose of Ticket Resales and/or Marketing
and Promotion is a breach of these Terms &
Conditions hence may be considered invalid
and can be nullified. Tickets purchased from
third-party websites and unauthorized
resellers (such as Viagogo, StubHub, tiketX,
thekaryll, etc.) are at the sole risk and
responsibility of the Ticket Purchaser.

yang dibeli oleh pelaku usaha atau pedagang
Tiket dengan tujuan untuk penjualan kembali
Tiket dan/atau keperluan pemasaran dan
promosi adalah melanggar Syarat &
Ketentuan penjualan Tiket ini sehingga dapat
dianggap menjadi tidak sah dan dapat
dibatalkan. Tiket yang dibeli dari website
pihak ketiga dan reseller yang tidak sah
seperti Viagogo, Stubhub, tiketX, thekaryll dll
menjadi tanggung jawab pribadi dan risiko
dari Pembeli Tiket.
12. Tickets cannot be used for commercial
purposes, including but not limited to prizes,
competition, contests or sweepstakes.
Tickets sold or used in breach of this
condition may be nullified without a refund,
where the Ticket Holder will be refused
admission into the concert area with no
exception. The Organizer is not responsible
for the negligence of the Ticket Buyer which
results in the ticket falling into the hands of
other parties which can be used as an entry
requirement, thereby eliminating the Ticket
Buyer’s right to enter the venue area.

komersial, termasuk namun tidak terbatas
kepada hadiah, kompetisi, kontes, atau
undian. Tiket yang dijual atau digunakan
dengan melanggar persyaratan ini dapat
dibatalkan tanpa pengembalian dana, dan
Pemegang Tiket akan ditolak masuk ke dalam
area acara tanpa terkecuali. Penyelenggara
tidak bertanggung jawab atas kelalaian
Pembeli Tiket yang mengakibatkan Tiket
jatuh ke tangan orang lain dan dipergunakan
sebagai tanda masuk, sehingga
menghilangkan hak Pembeli Tiket untuk
masuk ke area acara.
13. All ticket sales are final. Tickets that have
been sold cannot be exchanged and unable
to be cashed out.
Semua penjualan Tiket adalah final. Tiket
yang telah terjual tidak dapat ditukar dan
tidak dapat diuangkan kembali.
14. In the event of a cancelled concert, tickets
will be refunded in accordance with the
provisions of the Organizer. Refunds do not
include ticketing admin fee, bank
convenience fee, and any other personal
costs of the Ticket Buyer (e.g. travel
expenses, accommodation expenses, etc).
Jika terjadi pembatalan konser, maka Tiket
akan dikembalikan sesuai dengan ketentuan
Penyelenggara. Pengembalian harga Tiket
tidak termasuk biaya administrasi Tiket,
biaya layanan bank, dan biaya pribadi
Pembeli Tiket (contoh biaya perjalanan, biaya
akomodasi, dll).
15. The Ticket Holder grants the Organizer and
Sponsors the right to use, in perpetuity, all or
any part of the recording of any video and
still footage made of the holder’s appearance
on any channels, including but not limited to
magazine, social media, and TV for broadcast
in any and all media globally used for
advertising, publicity and promotions relating
thereto without any further approval of yours.

Penyelenggara acara dan para Sponsor untuk
melakukan rekaman video dan gambar baik
sebagian atau semua, pada kanal/platform
apapun, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada
majalah, media sosial, dan saluran TV untuk
disiarkan di media apapun di seluruh dunia,
untuk iklan, publisitas dan promosi yang
berkaitan dengan konser tanpa persetujuan
lebih lanjut dari Pemegang Tiket.
16. The following items are not permitted in the
event and may be ejected with or without the
owner from the venue area:

tanpa pemilik dari area acara tersebut:
Non-authorized professional recording
equipment (professional cameras, video
recording devices, and audio recording
devices, including ‘GoPro’ style devices
and tablets), for unauthorized
people/journalist without accredited
badge;
Alat perekam profesional yang tidak
memiliki izin (kamera profesional, alat
perekam video dan alat perekam suara,
termasuk perangkat sejenis GoPro dan
tablet) untuk pihak yang tidak resmi /
wartawan yang tidak sah tanpa ID
khusus dari Penyelenggara;
Liquids, alcohol, cigarettes and banned
substances including outside food and
drink;
Cairan, alkohol, segala jenis rokok, dan
barang-barang terlarang lainnya
termasuk makanan dan minuman;
Pyrotechnic items or explosives
including fireworks, candles, lighters;
Benda piroteknik atau benda yang
bersifat meledak termasuk kembang
api, lilin atau korek api;
Flammable material including alcohol,
gasoline, kerosene, pressurized cologne;
Bahan mudah terbakar termasuk
alkohol, bensin, minyak tanah, cologne;
Dangerous or potentially hazardous
objects, including but not limited to
sports items, weapons, knives, guns,
laser devices, iron bar, wooden bar,
sharp object or material, helmets,
metal/plastic knuckles, self-defense
spray (tear, pepper-spray), stun guns
(taser) or any electric shock devices;

Any suspicious casual objects which
can be used as a weapon or projectile
including tools, chemicals, suspicious
powder, umbrellas, selfie sticks, and
other poles or tripods.

17. Children under the age of 14 (fourteen) must
be accompanied by a parent or legal
guardian aged 18 (eighteen) or over, and are
not allowed in the Festival (free standing)
section. Children under the age of 6 (six) are
not allowed to attend the event.

18. For safety reasons, pregnant women are not
allowed in the My Universe and Festival (free
standing) area, and are required to purchase
tickets in numbered seating categories
(Ultimate Experience, CAT 1, CAT 2, CAT 3,
CAT 4, CAT 5, CAT 6, CAT 7 and CAT 8).

19. Every Ticket Holder who comes to the event
area is responsible for their own safety,
health and personal security. The
Sponsors/Band/Organizer/Management are
not responsible for, including but not limited
to any injury or damage that may occur to
Ticket Holders during or in the event.
Setiap Pemegang Tiket yang datang ke area
acara bertanggung jawab atas keselamatan,
kesehatan, dan keamanan pribadinya sendiri.
Para
Sponsor/Band/Penyelenggara/Manajemen
tidak bertanggung jawab untuk, termasuk
namun tidak terbatas pada cedera atau
kerusakan yang mungkin terjadi kepada
Pemegang Tiket selama atau di dalam acara
tersebut.
20. The Organizer has the right to refuse
admission to and/or evict Ticket-Holders who
do not abide by the Terms and Conditions of
the event.
Penyelenggara acara memiliki hak untuk
menolak masuk dan/atau mengeluarkan
orang-orang yang tidak menaati syarat dan
ketentuan acara.
21. By purchasing tickets to the Coldplay Music
of the Spheres World Tour Jakarta concert,
Ticket Buyers and Ticket Holders agree to
comply with all the Terms & Conditions of
the event that are determined and valid from
time to time.
Dengan membeli Tiket untuk ke acara konser

Jakarta, maka Pembeli Tiket dan Pemegang
Tiket setuju untuk menaati setiap dan
seluruh Syarat & Ketentuan acara yang
ditetapkan dan berlaku dari waktu ke waktu.
22. The Organizer has the right to process and
prosecute in accordance with the provisions
of the prevailing laws and regulations, both
civil procedure and criminal procedure
against people who obtain the tickets
through illegal ways, including but not limited
to forging or duplicating valid tickets, or
obtain the tickets in a way that is not in
accordance with what has been determined
by the Organizer as stated in these Terms
and Conditions.
Penyelenggara berhak untuk memproses dan
menuntut secara hukum sesuai dengan
ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan
yang berlaku baik secara perdata maupun
secara pidana terhadap orang-orang yang
memperoleh Tiket dengan cara yang tidak
sah termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada
cara melakukan pemalsuan atau
menggandakan Tiket yang sah atau
memperoleh Tiket dengan cara yang tidak
sesuai dengan yang telah ditentukan oleh
Penyelenggara sebagaimana dalam Syarat
dan Ketentuan ini.

include, but not be limited to, wearing masks,
providing proof of vaccination status and/or
providing proof of negative COVID-19 test.
