 Terms and Conditions 1. The issuance, use or attempted use of this ticket binds the ticket holder to these terms and conditions.2. In purchasing this ticket, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions and to adhere to any other reasonable terms and conditions or restrictions
provided by the organizer before or during the event. 3. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Tickets may not be re-sold or transferred for profit, by anyone other than the organizer. Any unauthorized re-sale or transfer will deem the ticket as null and
void and the ticket holder will be refused entry or ejected from the venue. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any ticket advertised with the intent of reselling for profit or commercial gain. 4. Valid national ID for proof of age may be required. The organizer is entitled to
deny the ticket holder entry to the venue if the ticket holder a) does not meet the age limit; or b) cannot produce original Identification document; or c) pose or may pose a risk to the ticket holder or any other person In organizer's sole opinion. In such cases the organizer shall not
be liable to refund or compensate the ticket holder. 5. The ticket holder Is solely responsible for checking the date, time, location and the age restriction of the event. Early arrival is recommended and the organizer shall have the right to refuse any late entries and the ticket holder
shall not have the right to claim for the reimbursement of the ticket price or any compensation whatsoever. 6. The ticket holder must comply with all applicable Health and Safety laws/regulations in force together with the venue rules and regulations as may be notified to the ticket
holder from time to time by the organizer or the venue's security personnel. 7. The ticket holder and its belongings may be subject to search when entering the venue. Prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated. Any item which the organizer or venue security personnel
consider as security risk or that may be used to damage the venue or interfere with the event will be confiscated. 8. No professional cameras and video recorders are permitted at the venue. 9. The organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to, or expel any
person whose behavior is deemed to be unsuitable. 10. The ticket holder consents to photographs, video, sound recordings of ticket holder to be captured and used in printed and electronic media or otherwise, as an attendee at the venue. 11. The organizer accept no liability for
bodily Injury, Illness or death of any visitor (including ticket holder) and / or loss of or damage to personal effects arising out of or in connection with the event. 12. Once inside the venue should the ticket holder choose to leave, re-entry may be refused at organizers sole
discretion.

‫ تصبح التذكرة باطلة عند إعادة بيعها او تحويلها‬.‫ ﻻ يجوز لغير الجهة المنظمة إعادة بيع التذكرة او تحويلها لطرف ثالث بهدف تحقيق الربح‬. ‫ ﻻ يمكن ان تسترد قيمة التذكرة كما ﻻ يمكن استبدال هذه اﻷخيرة‬-2 ‫ يلزم حامل هذه التذكرة بهذه اﻻحكام والشروط عند صدور التذكرة او استخدامها او محاولة استخدامها‬-1 : ‫اﻷحكام والشروط التي تخضع لها هذه التذكرة‬
‫ أ( في سن دون السن‬.‫ يجوز للجهة المنظمة ان ترفض دخول حامل التذكرة الى المعرض اذا كان هذا اﻻخير‬.‫ يمكن طلب ابراز الهوية الوطنية للتحقق من العمر‬-3 . ‫ تحتفظ الجهة المنظمة بحق الغاء اي تذكرة معلن عنها بهدف إعادة بيعها من اجل تحقيق ربح او كسب تجاري‬.‫ولن يجوز لحاملها الدخول الى المعرض كما يمكن ان يتم اخراجه منه‬.‫بشكل غير مسموح‬
‫يطلب من‬.‫ وحده حامل التذكرة مسؤول عن التحقق من تاريخ الفعالية ووقتها ومكانها والعمر المفروض لحضورها‬.5 .‫ لن تكون الجهة المنظمة مسؤولة عن تعويض سعر التذكرة لحاملها‬, ‫ وفي مثل هذه الحاﻻت‬. ‫ ب( غير قادر على ابراز اي مستند اصلي يثبت الهوية او ج( يشكل او قد يشكل بحسب رأي الجهة المنظمة خطرا لنفسه او ﻷي شخص اخر‬. ‫المطلوب‬
‫ يتعين على كافة حاملي التذاكر اﻹمتثال لقوانين قواعد الصحة والسﻼمة المرعية واﻹمتثال للقواعد و اﻷنظمة الثي يخضع لها المكان الذي تقام‬6 .‫ لن يجوز لحامل التذكرة أن يطالب بإسترداد سعر التذكرة أو يطالب بأي تعويض من أي نوع كان‬،‫ وفي هذه الحالة‬.‫حاملي التذكرة الوصول باكرا الى المعرض ويجوز للجهة المنظمة ان ترفض دخول اﻷشخاص المتأخرين‬
‫ كما ستتم مصادرة كل مادة ترى الجهة المنظمة او الجهاز اﻻمني أنها خطرة او يمكن استخدامها ﻻلحاق الضرر بالمكان او افساد‬, ‫ قد يتم تفتيش حاملي التذاكر ومقتنياتهم الشخصية عند دخول المعرض وسوف تتم مصادرة المواد المحظرة والخطرة‬-7 . ‫فيه الفعالية بحسب ما يبلغ به حامل التذكرة من وقت ﻻخر من قبل الجهة المنظمة او الجهاز اﻻمني في المكان‬
‫ يوافق حامل التذكرة بصفة الحاضر في المعرض على الصور الفوتوغرافية ومقاطع الفيديو والمقاطع الصوتية المسجلة التي يتم نشرها‬-10 . ‫ تحتفظ الجهة المنظمة بحق رفض دخول وحق إخراج اي شخص تعتبر سلوكه غير ﻻئق وفقا لتقديرها الخاص‬-9. ‫ يمنع ادخال كاميرات التصوير الفوتوغرافية وكاميرات الفيديو الخاصة بالمحترفين الى المعرض‬-8 . ‫الفعالية‬
. ‫ يمكن ان ترفض الجهة المنظمة دخوله من جديد وفقا لتقديرها الخاص‬. ‫ عندما يصبح حامل التذكرة داخل المعرض او اراد المغادرة‬-12 . ‫أو فقدان او تضرر المقتنيات الشخصية ﻻسباب ناجمة عن الفعالية او مرتبط بها‬/‫ ﻻ تتحمل الجهة المنظمة مسؤولية اﻻصابات الجسدية او اﻷمراض او وفاة اي زائر ) بما في ذلك حامل التذكرة ( و‬-11 , ‫على شبكة اﻻنترنت‬
