Buy Ticket

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The available categories and points of sale are as follows

PLATINUM (seated)
GOLD (seated)
SILVER (standing)
BRONZE (standing)

2. All prices include 15% Government Tax.

3. Tickets that have been purchased cannot be exchanged, refunded, or canceled.
4. 1 (one) account may only make a maximum purchase of 4 (four) tickets.
5. The seat number will be assigned to you automatically based on the best available seats

6. Each ticket purchase email confirmation proof uses a separate unique code (barcode) and
is valid for only one person. Email confirmation evidence that has been used cannot be
reused. Duplication of email confirmation proofs cannot be used to enter into the event
repeatedly.
7. By purchasing tickets, the Buyer has agreed to the collection, storage and use of existing
personal data for the purposes of the "MAMAMOO WORLD TOUR [MY CON] – JAKARTA"
concert.
8. Email confirmation proof must be exchanged for wristband during the redemption period.
9. Information regarding the redemption of proof of ticket purchase:

10. It is recommended to redeem proof of email confirmation of previous ticket purchases to

1. Physical ticket and wristband redemption requirements:

Proof of printed email confirmation.
Valid and original KTP / SIM / Passport / Student Card / Student Card (name must match
what is stated on the email confirmation proof).

2. If the redemption is represented:

Proof of printed email confirmation.
Power of attorney that has been signed on a stamp of Rp 10.000,-
Photocopy of identity card whose name is stated on the email confirmation proof

3. No replacement wristbands or physical tickets will be issued under any circumstances if

they are lost & damaged for any other reason. The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen
or damaged wristbands.
4. If the ticket sold or used is not in accordance with the existing regulations, it can be
canceled and there is no refund, the ticket holder will be denied entry into the event area,
without exception.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to change or add to the terms in the Terms & Conditions
without prior notice.

HEALTH PROTOCOL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All spectators are required to check-in through the PeduliLindungi application. If the Check-
In result shows you are in an unsanitary condition, then you are not allowed to enter the event
area without a refund.

1. All spectators are required to get fully vaccinated as stated in the Circular letter of the
Covid-19 Handling Task Force 20/2022 (SE).
2. Especially for spectators aged 18 years and over must have received the Booster Vaccine
3. If you are unable to check-in through the PeduliLindungi application, spectators are
required to bring a printed vaccination certificate or vaccination card in accordance with the
applicable terms and conditions.
4. For spectators who have been declared medically incapable of being vaccinated (with
comorbidities), they are required to bring a doctor's certificate stating their medical condition
and inability to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
5. All spectators are required to bring an Official Identity Card.
6. All spectators are required to take a temperature check that will be carried out before
entering the event area. If the body temperature is above normal (> 37.5°C), the Organizer
cannot allow you to enter the event venue.
7. The wearing of masks is mandatory without exception in all event venues and throughout
the event. Please only use medical masks (not material masks and/or cloth masks).

8. The organizer will impose additional provisions in the future related to health protocols in
accordance with the provisions imposed by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.
9. The provisions for spectators who come from abroad, are as follows:
10. You are required to bring a printed Full Vaccine Certificate and/or Vaccine Card showing
that you have received the Booster Vaccine.
11. You are required to bring an Official Identity Card with the name as stated on the Vaccine
Certificate or vaccine certificate of his/her vaccine. Please have all documents translated into
English.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

1. Official (photo) identities that are considered valid are an Identity Card for Indonesian
Citizens, a Driver's License, Passport, Student ID Card, and Identity Card from the Country of
origin for Foreign Nationals.

1. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

2. Children under 3 years old are not allowed to enter the performance venue.

SPECIAL NEEDS SERVICE (WHEELCHAIR)

1. Only GREEN tickets are accessible to spectators who have special needs by using
wheelchairs (limited space). Spectators who have special needs using wheelchairs can
contact the organizer via support@56-entertainment.com by attaching a doctor's certificate
and submitted on the day of the concert at the Helpdesk for further assistance.

RE-ENTRY

1. Please remember to use wristbands and physical tickets to RE-ENTRY to the concert
venue through rechecking.

CONCERT LINES GUIDELINES

1. It is expected to queue up in an orderly and polite manner.

GENERAL POLICIES

1. The event organizer reserves the right to prohibit entry to the venue or exchange proof of
email confirmation with a valid wristband if the proof of email confirmation is known to have
been used previously by other visitors.

1. The event organizer has the right to sue legally against anyone who obtains tickets by
unauthorized means, including but not limited to doubling tickets or in other ways obtaining
tickets not in accordance with the provisions set by the event organizer.
2. The event organizer is not responsible for the negligence of the ticket buyer causing the
purchased physical/wristband ticket to fall into the hands of another person (or be in the
possession of another person) which is then used as a valid entry mark to the event location.
3. The buyer releases the event organizer and will not file any lawsuits if the event/show is
cancelled solely due to the unilateral decision of the artist, government, or other causes that
are beyond the ability and will of the event organizer.
4. If the event/show is cancelled, tickets will be paid back according to the event organizer's
terms. Other fees (charged to the buyer via credit card) are not included as the ticket price to
be paid back.
5. Event organizers reserve the right to prohibit visitors from entering the venue if visitors do
not have valid tickets.
6. The event organizer has the right to remove visitors from the event location if deemed
necessary for reasons of safety, comfort of other visitors, and to ensure the smooth running of
the event.
7. Spectators are required to wear special wristbands at all times while at the venue. Losing
the special bracelet will result in the end not being allowed to enter the event location.

8. Spectators inside the venue who are not wearing a valid special wristband will be removed
from the venue without exception.
9. In certain circumstances, certain areas within the event venue may become restricted areas
for spectators to enter.
10. The organizers, event organizers, and artists are not responsible for any compensation
and/or additional costs incurred as a result of the cancellation or postponement of the event.
11. Spectators who do not behave in an orderly manner, make noise or behave
inappropriately, and spectators who refuse to obey orders/warnings from the event committee
will be removed from the venue without a ticket refund.
12. Any person attempting to enter the event venue without a valid ticket will be removed from
the venue. Under certain circumstances such a person will be reported to the police and will
be prosecuted for committing an act of trespassing or violent acts.
13. Organizers, event organizers, and artists are not responsible for any event of loss, theft, or
destruction of goods or accidents that occur in any area of the event location at the time of the
event and for any reason
14. The organizer of the event reserves the right to prohibit entry of any visitor who is
indicated to be in a state of intoxication, clearly under the influence of illegal drugs. Anyone
found carrying unlawful items will be reported to the police, prohibited from entering the
venue, and ticket prices will not be refunded.
15. Event organizers will not use or disseminate data/information about visitors' personalities
provided when purchasing tickets without the visitor's prior consent.

16. Spectators who have been expelled or left the venue are not allowed to re-enter the
venue.
17. The event is expected to take place comfortably and can be enjoyed.
18. The event organizer reserves the right at any time to change the planning arrangements
and arrangements for the placement of visitors within the event premises.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

1. Outside food and drinks are prohibited to the venue.

1. It is forbidden to carry professional and semi-professional / SLR / DSLR cameras.

Recording and transmission activities are prohibited during the concert. It is forbidden to bring
cameras with removable lenses, video cameras, recording devices, and action cameras. It is
forbidden to use the flash for photography.
2. Dilarang berjualan di dalam lokasi acara.
3. Dilarang menyebarkan pamflet, atau brosur apapun tanpa persetujuan dari Penyelenggara.
4. Dilarang membawa senjata dalam bentuk apapun.
5. Dilarang membawa cat dan peralatan cat ataupun pewarna dalam bentuk apapun.
6. Dilarang membawa dan bermain kembang api atau petasan.

7. Dilarang membawa benda – benda terlarang.

8. Dilarang membawa narkoba atau obat – obatan terlarang.
9. Dilarang membawa obat – obatan resmi, terkecuali dapat menunjukan resep dokter
10. Dilarang membawa produk yang dapat membahayakan kesehatan manusia.
11. Dilarang membawa rantai besi.
12. Dilarang membawa alat yang dapat mengeluarkan sinar laser.
13. Dilarang membawa bendera atau benda – benda besar yang terbuat dari besi ataupun
kayu.
14. Dilarang membawa payung ukuran besar.
15. Dilarang membawa pembalut wanita tanpa segel.
16. Dilarang membawa binatang.
17. Dilarang membawa kipas berukuran besar.
18. Dilarang membawa alat pembuka botol.
19. Dilarang membawa tas ransel, koper, dan tas lainnya yang melebihi ukuran 20 cm x 30
cm. Tidak disediakan tempat penitipan barang di lokasi acara.
20. Dilarang membawa botol kaca.
21. Dilarang membawa tripod untuk kamera.
22. Dilarang membawa bahan peledak atau mudah meledak.
23. Dilarang membawa pisau atau benda tajam lainnya.
24. Dilarang membawa barang yang dapat memunculkan nyala api atau kaleng semprot.
25. Dilarang melakukan kegiatan bakar membakar.

26. Dilarang membawa senapan air maupun angin.

27. Dilarang membawa kursi.
28. Dilarang membawa dan mengoperasikan drone atau peralatan lain sejenis.
29. Dilarang membawa kantung tidur.
30. Dilarang merokok/vaping/rokok elektronik di area konser.
31. Dilarang membawa benda apapun yang dapat digunakan untuk merusak ketertiban,
membahayakan keselamatan pengunjung, dan/atau menimbulkan kerusakan pada manusia
ataupun barang, berdasarkan keputusan mutlak dari panitia acara.
32. Untuk alasan keselamatan, penyelenggara acara memiliki hak untuk, tanpa diperlukan
adanya pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu: menunda, membatalkan, atau menghentikan jalannya
acara; menahan pengunjung untuk tetap berada dalam lokasi acara untuk sementara waktu
sampai acara berakhir; mengevakuasi sebagian atau keseluruhan lokasi acara, serta menolak
pengunjung untuk masuk ke lokasi acara meskipun telah memiliki tiket masuk yang sah.
33. Penyelenggara acara tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan atau kerusakan yang
terjadi pada kendaraan yang berada di area parkir ataupun di sekitar lokasi acara.
34. Penyelenggara acara tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan ataupun kerusakan yang
terjadi pada kendaraan yang diderek keluar dari lokasi acara.

PEMERIKSAAN SAAT MASUK ACARA

1. Keselamatan dan keamanan Anda penting bagi kami. Anda memahami bahwa Anda dan
barang bawaan Anda dapat dikenai pemeriksaan pada saat masuk ke Acara. Jika Anda
menolak untuk berpartisipasi dalam tindakan keamanan ini, kami dapat menolak Anda untuk
masuk. Penyelenggara juga berhak meminta Anda untuk meninggalkan acara jika perilaku
Anda membahayakan keselamatan atau keamanan peserta acara. Jika Penyelenggara
menolak masuk atau mengharuskan Anda pergi, Anda tidak akan menerima pengembalian
uang.

1. Pengunjung, termasuk wartawan, wajib menjalani pemeriksaan sebelum memasuki lokasi

acara. Pada saat memasuki gerbang lokasi acara seluruh pengunjung akan diperiksa
menggunakan metode pemeriksaan seperti pemeriksaan yang dilakukan di bandara,
termasuk memeriksa kantong dan tas, serta memeriksa barang – barang pengunjung.
Detektor obat – obatan terlarang dan anjing pelacak (K-9) akan digunakan dalam
pemeriksaan. Penyelenggara acara memiliki hak penuh, pada setiap saat, untuk menolak
ataupun mengeluarkan secara paksa pengunjung dari dalam lokasi acara yang menurut
pertimbangan sendiri penyelenggara acara adalah melanggar tata tertib dan peraturan acara,
peraturan mana berhak untuk direvisi dari waktu ke waktu oleh penyelenggara acara, dengan
ataupun tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.

1. Penyelenggara acara dan pihak terafiliasinya memiliki hak untuk memfilmkan, membuat
rekaman, dan/atau mengambil foto – foto keadaan, kegiatan, dan/atau pernyataan –
pernyataan dari pengujung acara untuk keperluan penayangan pada televisi, gambar
bergerak, internet, dan/atau penyiaran secara publik lainnya dan untuk tujuan apapun.
Pengunjung dengan ini melepaskan dan membebaskan penyelenggara acara berikut seluruh
pihak terafiliasinya dari segala klaim terkait kerusakan, kerugian, tanggung jawab, denda,
serta dampak – dampak lain apapun yang timbul baik secara langsung maupun tidak
langsung dari kegiatan memfilmkan, merekam, dan/atau mengambil foto – foto pada saat
event berlangsung.
2. Dilarang melemparkan barang ke panggung, khususnya benda padat karena akan melukai
artis dan selamat menikmati konser!
