1. Valid ticket FIFA WORLD CUP U-17 Indonesia tickets can only be purchased at tickets-u17worldcup.com. We are not
responsible for tickets purchased outside the official website.
2. Buyers personal data will be handled according to LOKET privacy policy.
3. To read the Ticket Terms of Sales, please check this page : https://www.tickets-u17worldcup.com/ticket-terms-of-sales.
4. Ticket buyers agree to disclose personal data (Name, Email, Phone Number, National Identity Number, Date of Birth).
5. One (1) email can be used to purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets.
6. One (1) ticket has one (1) barcode which is only valid for one (1) person.
7. The barcode listed on the e-ticket is confidential, must not be damaged, and distributed to anyone and anywhere until the
customer has successfully entered the stadium.
8. Barcodes can only be scanned once. except for Stadium Package tickets.
9. Tickets are not transferable for any reason.
10. Your tickets will be in the form of e-ticket and there will be no exchange of tickets for wristbands. Make sure your cellphone
is not in dark mode with enough battery capacity.
11. Reselling or using tickets for commercial purposes, including giveaway, is strictly prohibited.
12. One (1) Accessibility Ticket will include one (1) companion ticket. At the stadium, please contact the steward at the
entrance gate listed on your e-ticket.
13. Refunds (exclude any applicable administration fee, if any) will only be available if the match is canceled or abandoned
before the kick-off, no other refunds will be available.
14. Tickets are only valid for the date written on the e-ticket.
15. Spectators MUST enter the stadium area two to three (2-3) hours before the first match starts.
16. Be sure to check your e-ticket for gate, row, seat number information, and barcode.
17. Opening match tickets (For 1 match day on 10 November 2023) are not included in the Stadium Package. The Stadium
Package in Surabaya is only valid for 2 match days during the Group Stage.
18. Stadium Package ticket buyers will use the same e-ticket during the Group Stages.

 19. Family Package tickets consist of two (2) tickets for one (1) adult and one (1) child or four (4) tickets for two (2) adults and
two (2) children.
20. Food and drinks are prohibited inside the venue.
21. It is prohibited to carry and use any illegal drugs, narcotics, psychotropics, or goods with dangerous substances.
22. It is prohibited to bring firearms/sharps objects, explosives, flare, and prohibited items based on the applicable legal
provisions into the venue.
23. It is prohibited to bring any professional cameras into the venue (mirrorless, DSLR, etc).
24. Pets are prohibited.
25. Organizer has the right to:

Prohibit the entry into the venue when the ticket has been used.
Prohibit the entry into the venue when the ticket is not valid.
Prohibit the entry into the event area if the terms & conditions are not met, intentionally causing riots/causing things
that are detrimental to all parties.
Process or file legal proceedings, whether civil or criminal, against visitors who obtain tickets illegally, including
counterfeiting and duplicating valid tickets or obtaining tickets in a way that is not according to procedures.

26. Ticket buyers are advised to comply with the health protocol implemented by the organizers in the venue area.
27. Tickets are valid for single entry access in the ring two (2) area. Spectators can enter and exit the stadium area as long as
they are in the ring one (1) area
28. The organizer has the right to take firm action and expel visitors if they do not comply with the established order & health
protocols.
29. All children, regardless of age, must be in possession of a full priced ticket. Children below 3 years old can enter the venue
for free, but will have to sit at their parent’s/guardian’s lap.

1. Tiket resmi FIFA WORLD CUP U-17 Indonesia hanya bisa didapatkan di tickets-u17worldcup.com. Kami tidak bertanggung
jawab jika ada pembelian tiket di luar situs resmi untuk penjualan tiket.
2. Data pribadi pembeli akan ditangani sesuai dengan kebijakan privasi LOKET.
3. Untuk membaca Kebijakan Syarat Jual Beli Tiket, silakan cek laman berikut : https://www.tickets-u17worldcup.com/ticket-

4. Data pembeli termasuk: nama, email, no telepon, NIK, tanggal lahir.
5. Satu (1) email hanya bisa digunakan untuk membeli maksimal empat (4) tiket.
6. Satu (1) tiket memiliki satu (1) barcode yang hanya berlaku untuk satu (1) orang.
7. Barcode yang tercantum pada tiket elektronik bersifat rahasia, tidak boleh rusak, dan disebarluaskan kepada siapapun dan
ke manapun sampai penonton berhasil masuk ke dalam stadion.
8. Barcode hanya bisa dipakai untuk 1 kali scan. untuk kategori non stadium Package.
9. Tiket tidak bisa dipindahtangankan dengan alasan apa pun.
10. Tiket masuk akan berupa tiket elektronik dan tidak ada penukaran tiket menjadi gelang. Pastikan handphone tidak dalam
mode gelap dengan kapasitas baterai cukup.
11. Penjualan tiket kembali atau penggunaannya untuk tujuan komersil tidak diizinkan.
12. Satu (1) Tiket Aksesibilitas sudah termasuk dengan satu (1) tiket pendamping. Ketika di stadion, silakan menghubungi
steward pada pintu masuk gate yang tertera di tiket elektronik.
13. Pengembalian uang (dikurangi biaya administrasi yang berlaku, jika ada) hanya akan dilakukan jika pertandingan dibatalkan
atau ditinggalkan sebelum kick-off, tidak ada pengembalian uang lain yang akan dilakukan.
14. Tiket berlaku untuk tanggal yang tertulis dalam tiket elektronik.
15. Penonton WAJIB masuk ke area stadion dua hingga tiga (2-3) jam sebelum pertandingan pertama dimulai.
16. Pastikan untuk memeriksa tiket elektronik untuk informasi gate masuk, row, dan nomor kursi. , dan barcode
17. Tiket pertandingan opening (1 hari pertandingan pada tanggal 10 November 2023) tidak termasuk pada Stadium Package.
Stadium Package di Surabaya hanya berlaku 2 hari pertandingan selama Group Stage.
18. Pembeli tiket Stadium Package akan menggunakan tiket elektronik yang sama selama Group Stage.
19. Paket tiket Family Package terdiri dari dua (2) tiket untuk satu (1) dewasa dan satu (1) anak atau empat (4) tiket untuk dua
(2) orang dewasa dan dua (2) anak.
20. Dilarang membawa makanan dan minuman ke dalam venue.
21. Dilarang membawa dan menggunakan segala obat-obatan terlarang, narkoba, psikotropika, atau barang-barang yang
mengandung zat berbahaya.
22. Dilarang membawa senjata api/tajam, bahan peledak, flare dan benda-benda yang dilarang berdasarkan ketentuan
perundangan yang berlaku ke dalam venue.
23. Dilarang membawa kamera profesional ke dalam venue (mirrorless, DSLR, dan sejenisnya).
24. Dilarang membawa binatang peliharaan.
25. Penyelenggara memiliki hak untuk:

Melarang akses masuk ke dalam venue saat tiket sudah digunakan.

Melarang akses masuk ke dalam venue saat tiket sudah tidak sah.

 Melarang akses masuk ke dalam area acara apabila syarat & ketentuan tidak terpenuhi, dengan sengaja membuat
kerusuhan/menimbulkan hal-hal yang merugikan semua pihak.
Memproses atau mengajukan hukum, baik perdata atau pidana kepada pengunjung yang mendapatkan tiket dengan
ilegal, termasuk memalsukan dan menggandakan tiket yang sah atau mendapatkan tiket dengan cara yang tidak sesuai
prosedur.

26. Diimbau untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang diterapkan penyelenggara di area venue.
27. Tiket berlaku untuk akses sekali masuk di area ring dua (2). Penonton dapat keluar masuk area stadion selama berada di
area ring satu (1).
28. Pihak penyelenggara berhak untuk menindak tegas dan mengeluarkan pengunjung apabila tidak mematuhi protokol
ketertiban & kesehatan yang sudah ditentukan.
29. Setiap anak diharuskan memiliki tiket dengan harga penuh. Anak-anak di bawah usia tiga (3) tahun dapat masuk ke tempat
acara secara gratis tetapi harus duduk di pangkuan orang tua/wali mereka.
