 Design of each venue setup must be approved by the hotel 14
working days prior to the event date.

After Party Package : THB 60,000 net per hour for After Party, inclusive of soft drinks and
mixers for up to 200 guests from 22:00 – 24:00 hours. Additional guests
will be THB 412 net per person.

All rates quoted are net inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing government tax. Prices
are subject to changes without prior notice.

Ballroom

Minimum spending of THB 1,500,000 net will be required for the Ballroom wedding event from 07:00
– 14:30 hours.

Any extension hour beyond the above-mentioned period, additional room rental will apply.

A pre-setup fee of room rental will be required should there be a need of guaranteed the function
space for early setup.
● 07:00 – 17:00 hours (full day setup) – THB 600,000 net
● 17:00 – 00:00 hours (evening day setup) – THB 1,000,000 net

Should they be no need of guaranteed require for the Ballroom, space will then subject to
availability before 12 am.

These arrangements and rates are exclusively extended for your event. Kindly note that no
accommodation and space are being reserve, this proposal will be valid until Wednesday, 15th
November 2023 after which the proposal will be automatically withdraw should there be no
update.
