Te r m s & C o n d i t i o n s
• All packages are valid for bookings made between now until December 2021.
• Personalised decoration is available upon request. Wedding couples who engage an outside vendor for the
wedding celebrations must note that only fresh flowers are permitted for decoration purposes. The design
of decoration must be sent to the Dialoog event sales team for approval in line with the Dialoog brand.
• Should there be outside vendor such as enter tainment, production supplier or venue decoration organized
by the wedding couples, it is subject to an additional venue hire rental of IDR 35,000,000 nett. Outside
vendors shall not make any changes within the hotel compound without any consent and/ or acknowledge-
ment by the hotel’s management.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice. For each event space booked, it is considered manda-
tor y for the food and beverages as well as food and beverage ser vices to be provided by the hotel. No
outside food & beverage are to be brought into the hotel by the client.
• The final guaranteed number of guests for the reception dinner should be at minimum the same as the
total number of attendees for the wedding ceremony, to be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event.
• The guaranteed number of guests will be billed accordingly even if the final number of guests falls shor t
on the date of the function.
• Any additional guests attending your event will be charged accordingly.
Deposit Requirements:
• A deposit of 50% of the confirmed package is required to guarantee the space.
• A letter of agreement will be issued by Dialoog Banyuwangi within 48 hours of the event confirmation.
• Balance payment for all the confirmed arrangements will be required 30 days (1 month) prior to the date
of the event.
Cancellation Policy:
• In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
• Less than 180 days – 50% of the estimated total amount or non-refundable deposit.
• Less than 120 days – 75% of the estimated total amount.
• Less than 90 days – 100% of the estimated total amount.
Force Majeure:
The performance of this agreement by either par ty is subject to government regulations, natural disasters
or other emergencies, any of which may make it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities and/or
ser vices for the event or to accommodate the group. In the event of force majeure, any deposit that has
been paid is not reimbursable. This agreement may be terminated for any one or more of such reasons by
written notice from one par ty to the other without liability.
