TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

FOOD AND BEVERAGES:
· Meal rates are exclusive of applicable GST.
· In case of cocktail dinner, snacks will be served only after 19.00 hours in the venue.
· We will prepare food over 10% above the number of the guests guaranteed. Any deviation from the
same will not meet the standards agreed upon.
· For cocktail arrangements: Liquor, beer, soda, soft drinks, wine, aerated water, bottled water, juices
will be provided only from our end on a chargeable basis.
· Incase guest is bringing the hard liquor, corkage charge Rs.2000 plus GST 18% per bottle will be
chargeable.
· The Venue should be vacated on or before the end time agreed in this contract.
· Liquor will be served within the timings specified by the Excise Laws of Government of Tamilnadu.

LIABILITIES:
· The resort will not accept liability for any damage or loss of merchandise left in the resort, prior to,
during or after the function.
· Set ups involving noisy activities like hammering / banging, loud cutting etc., will be planned out in
compliance with the hotel policy. No such activity will be allowed after 21.00 hours in the banquet halls
 or lawns / Venues.
· The management of the Chariot Beach Resort is not Liable for any loss or damage to the client and
his guest’s belongings during the event.
· The Client is Liable for any damage caused to the Chariot Beach Resort property / equipment by the
client or by the client’s guests attending the event or the event management company employed by the
client.
· The client is responsible for any damages done to the property, in case of outside props or
equipment brought into the resort either by guest or their affiliates, any damage to the resort surfaces
done due to disregard of resort policy in this matter, will be at the cost of the client.

PERMISSIONS REQUIRED FOR THE EVENTS:

· Necessary Government Permissions has to be procured by the Host / organizers wherever required
for any purpose e.g. Fashion shows, DJ, Live performances, Product Launches etc., PPL License would
also be required in case of any events.
· As per Tamil Nadu Government rules & regulations for any Live dance performance prior permission
would be required from PHONOGRAPHIC PERFORMANCE LIMITED (PPL) LICENSE and if the performers
are foreign national then the immigration clearance is mandatory.
· As per the directive of Honorable Supreme Court of India playing of loud music and Live or recorded
musical performance or recitals are not permitted beyond 22.00 hours at the venue and the same,
strictly applicable at the resort.
· Fireworks are not permitted in the resort premises. If required, special permission has to be obtained
from local authorities and the client is fully responsible for losses /damages at the resort.
· Please note as per Tamil Nadu Government rules & regulations Liquor will be served only till 22.45
hours.

ADDITIONAL POWER SUPPLY:

· Up to 1 KV power will be provided by the resort. Additional consumption will be charged at the rate of
INR 5000 + Taxes / KV for 2 Hours
BILLING:
· Kindly note our GST NO. 33AABCH1646K1ZQ ( Hotel Radha Private Limited)
· 30% initial Down Payment mandatory for confirmation of booking
· 100% payment to be made 48 hrs prior to commencement of event
· Kindly note Bill to Company shall not extended post COVID-19
· Tax Deduction at Source TDS is NOT APPLICABLE for Day Outing Events.

CANCELLATION & RETENTION POLICY:

· In the event of cancellation or amendment of the booking after confirmation, it will carry
a 100% cancellation charge.
· The entire advance paid would be forfeited if the program is cancelled after payment of advance.
· We shall permit up to 10% modification / amendment on the number of guests 10 days prior to the
date of the event. Thereafter any cancellation or reduction in the number of Pax will attract a full penalty.

NOTE:
This quote is valid for 48 hrs. Kindly note - Quotes are subject to change post 48 hrs / Booking subject to availability.
