No Shows:
The Resort reserves the right to charge the full contracted
value if number of persons attending the function fall below the
guaranteed number of persons indicated.
Cancellation of booking as per management policy as details
enclosed.

Payment Terms:
We Request your response to this proposal within 48 hours to
validate this booking confirmation & advance of 60% at the time
of booking balance to be settled 30 Days before to the Arrival.

Billing:
Missing and damages item will be charged on actual.
