Addition №1 to the Agreement

1. The Parties agreed that the payment awarded to the Provider will be calculated based on 3
components: hourly pay, bonus part and system of fines.
1.1. The Parties agreed that the hourly pay awarded to the Provider will be calculated based
on a fixed amount 112 PHP per hour (according to the “online” status in the CRM system).
1.1.1. Evening hours will be paid additionally to the hourly pay of 28 PHP.
1.1.2. Night hours will be paid additionally to the hourly pay of 56 PHP.
1.2. The Parties agreed that the bonus part awarded to the Provider will be calculated based
on Table №1.(See Table №1).
1.2.1. The bonus part will be paid for each confirmed order depending on the group of the
flow.
1.2.2. The bonus part will be paid for each redeemed order depending on the group of the
flow.

1.3. The Parties agreed that the system of fines that applies to the Provider will be regulated
on the basis of Table №2 (see Table №2).
1.3.1. The information in Table №2 is current at the time of signing the Addition of Service
Agreement #202301-1-485.
1.3.2. The information in Table №2 can be changed at the discretion of the Customer.
