SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Freelance Agreement is made at Greenville, Texas and effective this 10th Day of June 2023
BETWEEN: MR. Joshua Bradley Bonds (the "Client") AND: M/s. Lexie Cantalejo the "Freelancer") from
Quezon City, Philippines
the Party to the Second part; (Collectively referred to as ‘’Parties’’)The following terms and conditions are
agreed upon by both parties:

1) Assignment/Project:
This Agreement covers the following assignments/ projects to be carried out by the Freelancer:
As a Mobile app tester testing of mobile applications and do some run tests on our cloud devices, an
external cloud service, or your local environment.

2) Contract Period:
Freelancer and Client agree that this Agreement shall begin on the date listed above, and continue until the
assignment/project is completed, or until terminated by either party.

3) Compensation:
Client agrees to pay the Amount of ( USD 2760.00 only) per Hour, Day, Week, Month, year, or a flat fee to
Freelancer, and will release the payment on a Monthly Basis Freelancer will submit an invoice to Client on a
Monthly Basis.

4) Financial Obligation:
Freelancer agrees that he/she/it is an independent contractor and not an employee of Client Company.
Freelancer, therefore, agrees that he/she/it is responsible for reporting he/she/its own income to the appropriate
authorities.

5) Relationship:
Freelancer and Client stipulate that this Agreement does not imply any other relationship between the Client and
Freelancer and that any additional relationship desired by either party must be outlined in a Separate
Agreement.

6) Owner:
The Client will have sole ownership of the assignment/project work mentioned herein above in Clause and rights
to publish the work.

7) Non Disclosure:
The Freelancer should not disclose the details of the Client or the Assignment/Work unless required and
approved by the Client in writing.

his Agreement has been executed on the date set forth herein in two (1) copy of which the Parties have taken
one each.
