MOBILE TESTING SERVICES (THE "AGREEMENT") IS ENTERED INTO BETWEEN ERWIN GERARD DELA

CRUZ("FREELANCE STAFF") AND CORRINE BROWN ("CLIENT") COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PARTIES."

1. Scope of Services:
Mobile Testing Services Staff agrees to provide the following services (the "Services"):
Responsible for creating and executing testing activities to ensure services meet requirements
Responsible for creating and executing testing activities to ensure services meet requirements for Staff.

The Administration Staff acknowledges that they are an independent contractor and shall be

considered an employee or agent of the client.

2. Terms and Termination :

This agreement shall commence on June 15, 2023, and shall continue until terminated by either
party in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason by providing 30 days written notice to the
other party.

3. Compensation:

The client agrees to pay the Mobile Testing Services for the services provided according to the following terms:

Hourly rate.

Rate 2317USD

4. Confidentiality:

The Mobile Testing Services staff acknowledges that during the course of providing the services, they may have
access to confidential information of the client.
6. Independent Contractor Relationship:

The parties agree that the Mobile Testing Services Staff is an independent contractor and employee of
the client.

Mobile Testing Services shall be responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other obligations

arising from their status.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of

America.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive

jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.

8. Ensure Agreement:

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter

hereof and supersedes all.

By signing below, the parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of the Administration Staff

Contract Agreement.
