Non-Smoking Policy

In compliance with Philippine Executive Order 26 passed by our national government, which prohibits smoking
within public and enclosed places, we wish to inform you that all areas of the resort including restaurants,
function spaces and guestrooms on all floors are now strictly non-smoking spaces.

Incidental Deposit

Please be advised that an incidental deposit of Php 8,000 per night is required for rooms and Php 15,000 per
night for suites and villas that will be collected upon check-in. Unutilized deposit will be refunded back to guest
upon check-out.

Environmental Fee

The municipality of Aklan collects an environmental fee from tourists upon arrival. Starting 1 February 2021,
PHP 150 will be charged to local tourists aged 12 years old and above residing outside Aklan province, and
PHP 300 to foreign nationals.

Filipino senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs) and students are entitled to a twenty percent (20%)
discount.

This fee will be advanced by the Resort and charged to the guest folio, for settlement upon check-out.

Entry to Boracay Island

Due to the government mandate to control the number of tourist entering Boracay Island, only guests with
confirmed reservations are allowed to enter to the island. With this, kindly ensure to present your room
confirmation letter upon boarding and arrival at the airport.
