BIAYA TAMBAHAN UNTUK DIKENAKAN
KEPADA PELANGGAN :
• Semua pemesanan dianggap tentatif sampai
dokumen ini ditandatangani dan disahkan
dengan stempel perusahaan Anda dan
deposit (sesuai kutipan) dibayarkan.
Setelah menerima perjanjian yang Bapak / Ibu
tandatangani, kami menganggap perjanjian
tersebut telah dikonfirmasi dan pasti.
• Hotel berhak untuk membatalkan pemesanan
tentatif jika tidak ada konfirmasi tempo
deposit yang diterima pada tanggal jatuh
tempo
• Tidak ada uang kembalian return
• Merubah jumlah peserta diinformasikan
selambat-lambatnya 72 jam (3 hari) sebelum
acara, tagihan berdasarkan pada jaminan
kehadiran. Namun, jika kehadiran aktual
melebihi yang dijamin, tagihan akan direvisi
sesuai dengan kehadiran aktual.
METODE PEMBAYARAN :
Pembayaran diselesaikan secara Tunai,
Transfer Bank, Kredit Kartu atau Cek

PENUNDAAN/ PEMBATALAN
• Acara yang ditunda harus diinformasikan
paling lambat 3 bulan menyesuaikan
ketersediaan, jika acara tidak
diselenggarakan dalam 3 bulan yang
ditentukan, deposit yang dibayarkan ke hotel
akan hangus oleh hotel.
• Pembatalan kurang dari 21 hari sebelum
tanggal acara yang dimaksud, akan
dikenakan 25% dari total biaya acara
• Pembatalan kurang dari 3 hari sebelum
tanggal acara yang dimaksud, akan
dikenakan biaya 100% dari total biaya acara
• Pembatalan dapat diberikan secara gratis
minimal 2 hari sebelum acara, jika ada surat
resmi dari Perusahaan atau Pemerintahan
terkait.
CONFIRMATION & GUARANTEED
ATTENDANCE
• All bookings are considered tentative until the
present document is signed and endorsed
with your company's stamp and a deposit (as
per quotation) is paid.
• Upon receipt of your signed agreement, we
will consider the agreement confirmed and
definite.
• The hotel reserves the right to release the
tentative booking if no confirmation have
been received on the deposit due date.
• No return deposit.
• Modification of the number of participants to
be advised at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to
the function, the billing will be based on the
guaranteed Attendance. However, should the
actual attendance exceed that of the
guaranteed, billing will be revised accordingly
to the actual attendance.

POSTPONEMENT/ CANCELLATION
• The postponed event must be held with 3
months subject to availability, if the function
is not organized within the stipulated 3
months, all paid deposits will be forfeited by
the hotel.
• Cancellation less than 21 days prior to the
intended event date, 25% of the total event
cost will be charged.
• Cancellation less than 3 days prior to the
intended event date, 100% of the total event
cost will be charged.
• Cancellation fee is not charged should there
is legal confirmation letter 2 days before from
the related Corporate or Government.
SYARAT & KETENTUAN LAINNYA
• Materi promosi dan pajangan dilarang
ditampilkan di dalam area Hotel tanpa
persetujuan sebelumnya dari Manajemen.
• Jika Anda hendak membawa peralatan atau
bahan/perlengkapan promosi sendiri, harap
laporkan barang Anda di pos keamanan kami.
• Hotel tidak bertanggung jawab atas
kehilangan atau kerusakan barang, properti,
atau peralatan yang dibawa ke hotel.
• Waktu check-in adalah dari pukul 14.00 dan
waktu check-out hingga pukul 12.00.
Makanan & Minuman
• Makanan dan minuman dari luar dilarang
secara ketat untuk dikonsumsi di area hotel
• Jumlah pax yang dijamin: Jika jaminan pax
tidak terpenuhi, pax yang dijamin akan
dibebankan tanpa pengembalian, dan jika
jaminan pax terpenuhi, maka akan dikenakan
biaya sesuai perjanjian yang disepakati
sebelumnya oleh penyelenggara dan hotel.

prohibited to be displayed within the Hotel
premises without prior agreement from the
Management.

• The Hotel is not responsible for any loss or
damage to any goods, property or equipment
brought in the hotel.
• The check In time is from 14.00 and Check-
Out time until 12.00.
Food & Beverages
• Outside food and beverage are strictly
prohibited to be consumed within the hotel
premises.
• Guaranteed pax : if the total guaranteed pax
is not reached, the guaranteed pax will be
charged without reimbursement, and if
guaranteed pax exceeds, will be charged
based on actual agreed by the organizer and
the hotel.
