Package amount: INR 14.71 Lacs
INCLUSIONS:
1. Rooms : 75 rooms both of the days on triple occupancy with mattress.
2. 03 Gardens
3. 02 Halls ( Orchid1 & Orchid 2 , for function only, can’t be used for accommodation use)
4. 03 bottles packaged water per room per day.
5. In room housekeeping services.
6. All Taxes
7. Restaurant & service of main kitchen are not included in the package.
8. Electricity for event decorations, catering, illumination of building & functions will be on generator &
same to be arranged by the booker.

TERMS &CONDITIONS

1. Catering & tent workers will be allowed at hotel for catering and other service from 18 th November from
afternoon and venue needs to be vacated on 21st November by 11 AM.
2. Post the wedding functions in catering kitchen area, banquet halls & lawns will be cleaned by the caterer
or booker/Host has to do the arrangements for same. If the same arrangements are not done than hotel
will charge INR 15,000 as property cleaning charges.
3. Room cleaning will be done only in the presence of resident guest. One key will be issued per room &
missing key card will occur additional charge of INR 179 per Card.
4. INR 5500 + GST per day will be charged for the electricity borrowed from hotel during wedding for
temporary Kitchen, coffee machine and iron desk. For any other purpose if hotel electricity is used, same
will be charged on adhoc rate accordingly. Minimum electricity charge INR 1200 + GST per event (Up to
5 KW/ 3 Hrs )
5. Outside edible will not be allowed in the rooms.
6. 100%payment to be deposited 30 days in advance.
7. Any damage to the property, linen & hotel items during wedding done by caterer, resident guests or
event staff- will be charged accordingly.
8. Kindly keep your valuable items in safe locker; hotel will not be responsible for any lost valuables and
luggages.
9. Outdoor music can play till 22:00 HRS
10. The entire advance amount will be non refundable.
