  Full buffet breakfast at the Amadablam Deluxe Restaurant.
 Welcome drinks on arrival.
 60 rooms (1 Presidential Suite, 6 Junior Suite, 53 standard and deluxe rooms.
 LED TV in all rooms, 24 hours room service, free Wi-Fi in all the hotel areas, In-room safe deposit
box.
 Amadablam hotel has two banquet hall with a capacity of 120-150 pax, and 40/50 Pax (Theatre
style) with three small meeting rooms for 10-12 pax. Arrangements can be made according to the
booking. For e.g. arrangement of mic, sound system, podium. Projector, projector screen etc.
 All quoted rates are non- commissionable and inclusive of 10% of service charge and 13% of VAT
(Cumulative of 24.3%).

 Tea, Coffee maker in the room
 Wi-Fi Internet in restaurant and lobby area
 In room electronic safe box

EXTRA BED SUPPLEMENT:

 We allow a maximum of one child below 6 years of age sharing a room with their parents at no extra
charge. An extra bed, if required, will be provided on a complimentary basis on request subject of
availability only.
 Please note that only one extra bed can be placed in the room.

Hotel Policies

02. Check- In:

Our check in time is at 2PM onwards. Hence, for early arrival before 2 PM, we strongly suggest that the
room is pre booked the night before to ensure room availability upon check in. This is with an additional
one night fee. Please note that the guest requiring early check-in will be subject to availability.

03. Check- Out:

The official check out time is 12 noon. Checkout after 12:00 noon but before 6:00 pm is subject to a
charge of 50% of the contract rate & after 06:00 P: M onwards will be subject to a charge of 100% of the
contract rate of the room category booked.

04. Government Tax:

All quoted rates are non- commissionable and inclusive of 10% of service charge and 13% of VAT.

 05. Cancellation:

Any guaranteed reservations with cancellation notice of less than 72 hours will be subject to a one-night
retention charge.

06. Payment& Credit:

 WHO, undertakes to clear all the bills rendered by the hotel within 30 days of the guest/group
departure.
 All errors and corrections must be intimated to the hotel accounts department no later than 7 days
of receipt of bills. Following 7 days period, the hotel is not liable to entertain any representations
towards the same.
 The amount must be received in the form of cash, cheque or bank draft. The bank account details
are as follows:

08. Complimentary Policy

The hotel will offer half twin complimentary for every 15 fully paying Group guest.
