Conditions and important information

· The detailed package is subject to availability.
· Rates subject to 18% VAT and 10% service charge.
· Packages include rooms with double occupancy and services as detailed information on each case.
· Any additional services must be done by the customer.
· The civil wedding is only possible when a partner is a resident of Peru.
· Legal proceedings should be made directly by the couple. It recommends a wizard for this topic.
· Please request contact information for the photographer and other hotel services.
· Pre-payment of 25% of the package price is required to confirm the booking 60 days or more before the ceremony.
· If cancellation occurs 60 days or less before the ceremony, the prepayment is not refundable.
· Packages cannot be combined to confirm other packages or promotions.
· Prices 10% commissionable to travel agents and tour operators.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

- Pre-payment of 25% of the package price is required to confirm the booking 60 days or more before the ceremony.
- If cancellation occurs 60 days or less before the ceremony, the 25% prepayment is not refundable.
- Packages cannot be combined to confirm other packages or promotions or discounts.

Notes: Law Decree exempts all non-resident guests from the 18% VAT (Peruvian taxes) on their room rate and food
& beverage expenses. In order to honor this exemption a valid passport along with the Peruvian immigration card
with Peruvian customs stamp, must be present upon check-in and the hotel invoice must be issued out to the guest
name and not a company.
