containers set amidst the tropical jungle right at the edge of a historical colonial era
small town called Kuala Kubu Bharu, 66km north of Kuala Lumpur city centre.
Only an hour’s drive from Kuala Lumpur, this private holiday sanctuary provides a
comfortable and chilled-out atmosphere and acts as a gateway to the natural
landscapes and multitude of outdoor adventures.
Cradled between the tropical jungle and a quiet colonial-era town, where monkeys
and birds are more evident, Sarang by the brook is styled using Shipping Containers
as the basic building blocks.
With its tropical garden encircling a landscaped saltwater swimming pool, and with
only 12 rooms, Sarang by the brook is an intimate private property.

THE HOUSE RULES
1. Strictly no outside visitors beyond the allocated numbers of
people staying UNLESS expressly agreed with management.
2. No Music from speakers, radio, or karaoke machines or PA
systems allowed unless the booking is for the entire place for
a private event. Even then, the music and noise level MUST be
at a reasonable volume so as not to disturb our neighbors.
Management reserves the right to control the volume of music
as per reasonable.
3. Noise level must be minimal after 10PM to respect other
guests. Management reserves the right to ensure noise level is
respectable.
4. Alcohol can only be consumed with client’s own glasses or
from plastic/paper cups or straight from the can/bottle. Please
do not use the glassware provided in the kitchen by Sarang.
5. We require a “Cleanliness & Security Deposit” of RM100 per
room. This deposit will be returned upon check out if
everything is in order. Deductions will be made if there are any
property damage, loss or non-compliance of house rules.
6. The kitchen is strictly for halal items only.
7. The kitchen and its equipment and dining ware are provided
for your convenience. We run on a “self-service” concept. All
guests are expected to clean and return all kitchen utensils
and dining ware to its original condition. Failure to do so will
result in deductions on the “Cleanliness & Security Deposit”.
8. Failure to adhere to the house rules CAN result in
management asking you to leave the premises with NO
RETURN of the rental monies paid.
THE TIME

CHECK IN TIME = 2:30PM

CHECK OUT TIME = 12 NOON
THE TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR
BOOKING.
1. Check in time is after 2:30pm. Check out is 12 noon.
2. Rates are based on per night stay & is quoted as net price.
3. Any persons above the maximum room allowance will be
charged RM50 per head with no extra bedding and breakfast.
4. All “HOUSE RULES” as stated applies.
5. All room rates come with local breakfast.
6. We require a minimum of 50% payment for the room upon
your booking to consider it as booked. Please refer to our
booking procedure for bookings.
7. Cancellations MUST be made 7 days BEFORE date of stay
for refunds. Any other cancellations within the 7 days period
before the stay date will not be entitled to a refund.
8. Change of stay date MUST be made 7 days BEFORE the
chosen date of stay subject to availability of the new date.
Change of stay date within the 7 days period before the stay
date will not be entitled to a refund.
9. All Covid19 related restrictions to travel that affects the stay
date WILL automatically be postponed to a future date subject
to availability. There is NO REFUND for this category.
10. ALL COVID 19 restrictions as announced by the
Government applies. This may vary from time to time.
