Terms and conditions
1. Reservation:
The maximum number of people that can be accommodated is 15.
For groups of more than 8, additional charge of INR 500/head will apply.

2. Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of INR 3000 is taken, which will be transferred back to your
account upon checkout.

3. Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours booking and at least 14 days
before check-in.
50% refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made after that.

4. Prohibited Items:
No DJ system allowed.
Strictly no hookah, drugs, weed (or) ganja allowed.If found during security checks, the
booking will be immediately cancelled.

5. Required Items:
Please bring a few extra towels and nylon swimwear.
Bring marinated meat or vegetables as per your requirements.
Alcohol is allowed up to a maximum of 3 liters, considering legally permissible quantity.
It is advisable to bring a mosquito bat and Odomos mosquito repellent.
Please bring disposables and your own bluetooth speakers.

6. Bonfire:
Bonfire is available upon prior request and extra charges will apply.

7. Damage:
The customer is responsible for any damage caused and will bear the cost.

8. Arrival:
Please call the caretaker at least 2 hours before arriving at the farm stay for proper
arrangements and smooth check-in.
