Please treat this guest house as your second home and help us to serve you even better. To achieve this goal, we
need your co-operation in abiding by the guidelines outlined below.
Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Valuables / large amounts of cash etc. may be kept in
safe custody with the office. (Contact Mr. Shailendra Gawde Tel No: - 4043 2219).
In case of Loss / destruction of belongings / theft, the Company will not be responsible.
It is the responsibility of the guest to take care of Company property. In case of any damage the guest will be
held responsible and appropriate action will be taken. Tampering with any of the articles, including
telecommunication lines, Wi-Fi router and other facilities is strictly forbidden.
All trash must be placed in the containers, provided. Please do not put any papers, towels or other such
disposables in the toilets, bathrooms, closets etc.
Purified drinking water is available in all guest houses. In case mineral water is required, guests will have to
bear the cost for the same.
In order to protect the floors and walls the furniture must remain in its original place. Nothing should be
hung on the walls; wet clothes, towels etc should not be kept on the bed or furniture. Cleaning will be carried
out between 10am to 12 pm daily. Please co-operate and allow the care taker to do the cleaning.
The guest house has internet. Please do not misuse the facility.
Wi-Fi service is available for accessing emails and surfing Internet. This facility has limited capacity. We
request you not to download heavy data thereby exhausting the data plan limits and causing inconvenience
to the next user.
Visitors are requested to sign the register of Laundry kept in the Guesthouses whenever they give their
clothes for Ironing.
Guests must at all times be considerate of their roommates/others in the guest house. Please respect your
roommate’s privacy, personal rights, and maintain noise free environment by controlling the volume of
Television sets, Laptops and other audio and video equipment in the guest house. Please co-operate with
your fellow officers and ensure that all have a pleasant stay. It is your responsibility to ensure the comfort
and safety of other occupants of this premise.
Disturbing the peace of other occupants including caretakers of the premise and/or disturbing them from
enjoying the facility will be considered as serious offence and dealt with firmly.
Please do not threaten or harass your roommates and/or caretakers of the premises.
Visitors may be received in the common areas till 10.30 pm. Overnight stay is not permitted for visitors.
We will do all, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please remember that “what is good can always
become better”. If you have any complaints please bring them to our notice through the Suggestion Book
kept with the care taker.
WMTI timings are 0830 to 1630 hrs. The pick up van will depart from the premises at 0815 hrs sharp, every
morning.
