Street parking is frequently available and free.
Paid Parking (open 24 hrs.) located in Calle Caribe 58 (two blocks away, a five-minute walk) next to Cocina
Abierta Restaurant. We have discounted vouchers for a daily fee $12 (Regular price: $18). Please request your
voucher in advance.
COMPLIMENTARY BIKE USAGE
Password: BIKE or 1218. Please lock them any time when not in use.

The most convenient mode of transportation around San Juan.

We have an honor bar system. We try to have it well stocked, but if you cannot find
something or an item is gone, please let us know!

OUTDOOR SPACES
• Landscaped with sitting areas located outside on the ground floor, with an outdoor shower.
• Walk up to the roof-deck on the 3rd floor. Great for a morning stretch, sunset view or a nightcap. Usage not
available during quiet hours.

LIVING ROOM
Grab games, books, ask Alexa for your favourite song. Make yourself at home. Please tidy up for other guests!

• If you want to turn fans on, find the controls next to the tourist information table next to the front door.
Please turn fans off after use and return remote control to its proper location.
• AC Thermostat is located next to the bathroom on the ground floor.
• The house is equipped with beach chairs, portable coolers, beach towels, and everything you will need
to have a wonderful time at the beach. Find them in the hall, next to the main entrance. Beach bags are
located in each bedroom. Please return items to their proper location, after every use.
 6. Rooms
ROOM SAFETY BOX
With the door open, press the red button on the hinge side of the door until it beeps. Input new personal code (1-10 digits) and press #. Please note you will
have 5 seconds to input the new personal code.
If the door is closed before starting, open it with the code 0000# and proceed to set your new password.

AIR CONDITIONER AND LIGHTS

All the rooms have well-functioning air conditioners; they are strong
and will chill the air within few minutes. Therefore, there is no need
to leave them ON while no one is in the room. Please help us
conserve the earth’s vital resources, by turning them off when you
leave the room.

TVs
Please check the TV manual and channel guide for further
instructions on how to operate your television.

BATHROOMS
Each room has its own private bathroom with shower.
Do limit the amount of paper thrown into the toilets. The house is
on a septic system and will not properly flush when the bowl is
overfilled.
Bathrooms are supplied with a hairdryer, an initial supply of paper
products, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

We provide bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens
 7. Cleaning and extra services

HOUSEKEEPING Entire house $250 USD

Performed daily between 10am to 2pm upon request. Please place the sign on the door to request it. If you stay for
more than 3 days, we will provide you with new towels and fresh bed linen. If an extra set is needed request it for $5.

LATE CHECK-OUT $ 50 USD

May be scheduled until 4 pm. Please coordinate with front desk on the day of departure. A $50 fee applies. After 4 pm an
additional night is charged.

 9. Terms and condions

1. OCCUPANCY No unregistered guests are allowed. 2. One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using
existing beds. A child over the age of 5 or adult is charged $25 per person per night when using existing beds. The
maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is one. 3. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES $500 fine 4. QUIET
HOURS: 10 PM-8 AM. COMMON AREAS CLOSED DURING QUIET HOURS 5. PETS NOT ALLOWED 6. EVENTS
PERMITTED FOR A FEE UPON REQUEST 7. PROPERTY DAMAGE A person who causes damage to the hotel or
any furniture or furnishings within the hotel, shall be liable for damages, including the hotel's loss of revenue
resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired. 8. SECURITY CAMERAS
Guests understand and agree that outdoor and common area security cameras may be in use. 9. BICYCLE There
will be a $250 penalty for a lost or stolen bicycle, a $50 charge for lost or stolen bicycle lock, and a $50 charge for
lost or stolen bike helmet. 10. LOST OR UNRETURNED KEYS - $50 charge LIABILITY Casa Sevilla is not
responsible for accidents or injuries to Guests, loss of money or valuable items of any kind, and any damage or
theft to cars or any articles left in cars. 11. During natural disasters, Casa Sevilla will not be responsible for
relocation. 12. CANCELLATION POLICY - ROOMS/STUDIOS Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-
in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. Otherwise, no refunds. 13. CANCELLATION POLICY - ENTIRE/
MAIN HOUSE Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've
paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a
refund. Daily cleaning is not included in whole house rental.
