administrative procedures of the different private and government institutions
involved in the attention and resolution of these situations.

For your comfort we have towels center next to the pools and also the beach area, this
is an exclusive service within the hotel.
Our tennis courts are open from 7:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. rackets and balls available
at the fun club (from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.)*

Laundry service open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. extra charge applies, for this
service please fill in the laundry list inside the laundry bag in the closet, prices are in
mexican pesos make sure you have a credit card on file, we do not have a Dry
Cleaner service.
Fumigation for mosquitoes is run every afternoon, it is harmless to human´s health.

All the phone call have an additional charge including the 800 numbers, we have
wake up service please dial "0"

If you have any allergies, we would appreciate if you inform our guest service
department.

Luggage scale located at the main lobby cost $10 pesos per suitcase.

Safety Box we recommend to use this service , which is included its located inside
your closet requires a 4 to 6 digit code that you can program just by following the
instructions on it. Note that the the hotel is not responsible for any lost item left
outside the box.
