Porter : Our hotel have 523 rooms in 42 hectares in lush view of tropical garden complete with swimming
pool, SPA, Restaurant, Bar.
The location of swimming pool is behind the hotel. Its open 24 hour and you can swim everytime
there. You can also order some drink to our pool bar.
Beside the swimming pool there is a SPA with the pure organic ingredients, certified therapist,
genuine quality, sterilized equipment and traditional inspired. You can relax you body, refresh
and nourish your sense naturally with many kind of treatments of our SPA. Our SPA is open
from 09.00 am until 20.00 pm
In front of the swimming pool, we have a Restaurant. Our restaurant serves for breakfast, lunch
and dinner. The breakfast opens from 07.00 until 10.00 am. We serve Buffet and American
Breakfast. For lunch, starts 11.00 am until 03.00 pm. We serve fresh, organic and delicious food.
We have special food for lunch and dinner, but it always changes everyday. Our dinner opens
from 7.00 until 11.00 pm. Our guest can have a casual or romantic dinner with unforgettable
experience serve with Indonesian, Balinese or International Cuisine.
We also have a well stocked Bar specializing in fresh fruit juice, international wine, a large
selection of cocktail, soft drink, herbal teas, and excellent coffee. For the coffee, we serve
organic local coffee, espresso, and we also provide healthy drinks. The Bar opens from 09.00 am
until 01.00 am. The location of the bar is beside the restaurant.
To make sure you comfort of stay, we provide Airport shuttle bus, fitness center, Beauty
Salon, Baby sitter, Children Playground, Banks, money changers, car park, florist, house doctor
on call 24 hours, laundry and valet service, Multi-lingual hotel staff, Medical clinic, Major credit
card accepted, Manager on duty 24 hours, Post office, Photo service, Safety deposit boxes,
Shopping arcades, Tour and Travel Agent desks.

Porter masuk terlebih dahulu dan Hidupkan lampu, Buka tirai kamar, hidupkan AC, cek semua kelengkapan
kamar untuk memastikan semuanya berfungsi dengan baik. Ambil barang bawaan tamu dari trolley
dan tempatkan pada tempatnya atau tanyakan pada tamu dimana tamu ingin barangnya disimpan.
Porter : “Where can I put your luggage Miss……..?”
Guest : There.

Your room are presented with air conditioner, Free Wifi, Satellite TV channel, DVD player, Mini-
bar, Tea & coffee maker facilities, Hair dryer, IDD telephone, Personal dial collect call, Private
relaxing and peaceful balcony or terrace. The Pasword of the Wifi is arjuna123. If you want to
turn on the Air Conditioner, Please use this remote control and press this red button And you can
operate the up/down button to make your room cooler/warmer. If you want to turn on the satellite
TV Channel, Please use this remote control and press this red button And you can operate the
up/down button to change the channel satellite TV Channel completed with 10 local channel and
more than 20 international channel. Your mini Bar completed with mineral water and soft drink
and if you want to drink something in your mini bar, you have to fill this mini bar list/bill. For the
tea and coffee maker, if you want to drink tea/coffee just pure some water and tea/coffee, plug in
the cable and wait until it’s boiled. If you want to make an international direct call, first dial 00
and then the country code and the last is the phone number.
Alright now let’s go to your bathroom. Your bathroom completed with Bathtub and shower with
hot and cool running water. If you want to have hot water, please pull up the red handle and if
you want to have cool water please pull up the blue handle. This is your toilette bowl, after you
finish to use it please press this button to clean it. Your bathroom also completed with guest
amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, facial tissue, cotton but, head
cap, hand towel, face towel and bath towel. All those amenities are free for you.

 Serahkan Bellboy Errand Card kepada Bell Captain.
