HOUSE RULES

In order to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of ITIK and

JANE’s Boarding House, tenants are expected to follow the
House Rules as listed Below.

WITHIN THE PREMISES

1. Only people whose names appear on the list of Boarders may live at the
premises. Short stay guests will pay 200 or 100 per discounted nightly
rate. For everyone’s safety, it is important we know who is in the house
overnight.
2. Intoxicating liquors or alcoholic beverages and cigarettes/illegal drugs are
not allowed to be possessed or carried by the guest inside the house or
inside the room.
3. Any damages caused by the guest will be charge to his/her account.
4. Since you are living with other persons in the boarding house always respect
the right of others guest.
5. Do not leave your valuable (money, jewelries, etc.) unattended inside the
bed room.
6. Observe QUITE TIME starting at 10:00 p.m. This is quite time for all who
must keep noise to a minimum.
7. To avoid theft or loss of personal belongings, please make sure that are
place inside your rooms and properly lock.
8. Boarding House Management reserves the right to inspect room.
9. If you have some extra electrical appliances like rice cooker, heater, iron will
pay 100 each.
10. Always close the Gate right after you go out or In.
10. Pay your Bills on time.

CLEANLINESS:
 Please maintain a clean environment inside and outside your rooms
  Please wipe the dining table dry after use. If needed, please sweep the
floor for any fallen food crumbs.
  Practice CLAYGO or clean as you go. Your fellow boarders are not your
personal house cleaners.
  Please throw your garbage in the proper garbage bin.

CURFEW:
 No Curfew (Always bring your duplicate keys)

TOILET AND BATHROOM:

 Please clean up after use. Remove fallen hair from blocking the
drainage and put your empty sachet of shampoo into garbage bin
and switch off the light after use.
WATER & ELECTRICITY
 Please make sure turn the faucets off after use
 Please switch the light off when not in use
 Please unplug any appliances, chargers when not in use
 Please unplug chargers before you sleep, ovoid overnight charging
that may cause overheating and to may lead the fire.
 To avoid fire untoward incidents, plug off electrical devices, plug
off electrical cords away from walkway who not in use

KITCHEN
 Cooking should be done in the designated area only
 Please wipe dry or clean up the table at back after cooking your
flammable tools and arrange your things properly
 Please clean up the sink after washing your utensils such as plates,
spoon, pork, glass and other kitchen ware.
 Please do not get the strainer who protect from garbage like tol-an
ka manok, isda or momho so that will not clog or else indi magbara
kag mag backflow ang higko kag tubig sa lababo.

RAISING ISSUES/CONCERNS
 Please do not hesitate to raise any issues/concerns worries
regarding the boarding house or fellow roommates to the
