HOUSE RULES

INSIDE THE ROOM


1. No SMOKING
2. No Drinking of ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
3. No visitors allowed inside the room.
4. Practice CLAYGO. Clean As You GO.
5. Switch off lights / Electric Fan when not in use
6. Practice common courtesy and respect of individual space.
7. To avoid fire and untoward incidents, plug off electrical devices and safely keep electrical cords away from
walkways when not in use.
8. Seek approval for aircon usage before using.

TOILET AND BATHROOM


1. Please clean up after use. Remove fallen hair from blocking the drainage, keep mirror clean and sink platform
dry (use scraper) for the next person to use.
2. Please wipe your feet dry when leaving the bathroom area.
3. Please be mindful of your time inside the T&B. You may use the bathroom for ten(10) minutes maximum
especially in the morning(Mon-Sat)
4. Make sure the faucet is properly switched off and water is not dripping when you leave the area.
5. Switch off light when not in use.
6. No washing and hanging of clothes. Use lavatory beside ground floor CR when doing laundry.
7. Fill all water containers every night for the next day use.

COMMON AREA
1. Practice CLAYGO. Clean As You GO.
2. Please wipe dry kitchen counter after use. If needed, sweep the floor of any food debris.
3. Please throw trash every other day to prevent foul smell emitted from rotten foods.
4. Switch off lights and unplug appliance when not in use.

COOKING
1. Rice cooker and water heater – only allowed
2. Other/Add appliances – for approval

CURFEW

Stay-in employees are discouraged from getting IN and OUT from the staff house between 11:00 PM to
5:00AM, else with approval from the management or from official travel.

RAISING CONCERNS
1. Please do not hesitate to raise any issues/concerns/worries regarding your room and fellow roommates to Staff
house in-charge (________________). He will help you address your concerns.

Please be mindful of the cleaning schedule, employees who will not participate with cleaning activities are
encourage to leave the staff house and have his/her own house/room to rent.
