Check-Out: 12:OO NN. Please be advised that a late check-out charge will be automatically applied in instances
of a delayed check-out. We seek your kind understanding and cooperation in checking out on time.
Deposit Policy: The hotel requires an incidental deposit that may be settled through Security
cash or credit card upon check-in. It is fully refundable if not used. If you Length of Stay Deposit
are using a credit card, the deposit will not be charged, but authorized (per night)
for verification purposes only and released upon check-out. Please be 1-3 Days Php 3,000
advised that reversal of charges varies and may take up between 2 days
to 1 month, depending on your bank. 4-10 Days Php 10,000
11-20 Days Php 20,000
20-30 Days Php 30,000
Smoking Policy: Guestrooms are strictly non-smoking. Usage of shisha, cigarettes, vape pens, and e-cigarettes is
prohibited. Verified infractions will incur a penalty of Php 10,000 nett per night.
Linen & Damage Please note that additional charges are applicable for linen stains and other cleaning or damages caused
Policy: intentionally or unintentionally. Penalties vary depending on the extent and severity of the damage.
Massage Services: The property does not allow in-room massage from outside service providers. Our team will be able to
provide you with a list of spa services and massages available at I’M Onsen Spa during your stay.

One (1) complimentary parking ticket per guestroom. This parking ticket is valid for the duration of your stay.
Parking:
Parking fee is Php 100 for first 2 hours, Php 100 for each succeeding hour or part thereof.
Airport Transfers: Php 2,300 (Sedan) / Php 2,800 (MPV) / Php 3,300 (Van) nett per car, per way. Advanced bookings are
recommended, at least 12 hours in advance at the Front Desk / Concierge.
Make-up Room: Please let us know if you wish to have your room made up at a specific time. Otherwise, our team
will knock to clean your room for 30 to 45 minutes, anytime from 8 AM to 6 PM. If you wish to opt-out,
kindly turn on the Do Not Disturb (DND) sign. Make-up room requests beyond specified timing will
be accommodated only for changing towels, replenishing bath amenities and bottled water, and
cleaning trash.
In-room Amenities: To ensure you have everything needed for a comfortable stay, a variety of in-room amenities,
including, but not limited to, kitchenware, iron, and ironing board are available upon request, subject
to availability.
Drinking Water: If you would like to request additional drinking water, please dial Guest Services at extension ‘1,’ and
we will be delighted to provide you with a pitcher or carafe.
