hospitality. It comprises of 41 tastefully decorated rooms and super deluxe, 2 Conference halls,
which can accommodate anywhere from 130 to 150 people, a 24 hours Coffee Shop and an
unusual and stylish Open Garden Bar. Hotel roof top offers a breathtaking view of the Fewa
Lake, mountain & city. On the other hand, Our Pancharatna restaurant is an elegantly
contemporary Multi cuisine restaurant that also offers exotic food from across the world. All
rooms are equipped with modern amenities including 32
LCD TV with 24hrs cable access, free Wi-Fi.

Day 1:Kathmandu- Ghandruk

Pickup from Kathmandu at 6am by our professional guide.
Lunch(Non-Veg.) at Highway Blue Haven Restaurant.
Drop to Nayapul (Short Hike about 2 hour to Ghandruk at evening.
Transfer to hotel at Ghandruk.
Enjoy Cultural program and Dinner. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2:Ghandruk -Pokhara

Enjoy morning Mountain view.
After Breakfast at Ghandruk return to Pokhara.
Transfer to hotel at Pokhara.
Lunch at hotel.
After Lunch valley Sightseeing(Davis fall, Gupteshwor , Santi stupa)
Free walk in the evening.
Overnight at hotel after Dinner.
 Day 3: Pokhara Sightseeing
After breakfast visit to Bindebasini, Mahendra cave, bat cave, seti river.
Lunch at hotel.
Visit to International Museum, Fewa Lake.
Free walk at evening.
Dinner and overstay at hotel.

Day 4: Pokhara- Kathmandu

Early at 5 am morning visit to Sarangkot for sunrise view.
Back to hotel and have Breakfast.
Checkout from hotel to Kathmandu.
On the way visit to Begnas Taal.
Lunch at Highway hotel.
Drop to Kathmandu.

The above special rates are subject to change with prior notice of one month.
Check outs after 12 00 hours are subject to charge, as are all arrivals prior to 14 00
hours, which are billed from the previous night.
The tariff is not inclusive of Taxes & airport transfer. However, should you require any
facilitation for the same please feel free to contact us?
Guaranteed Room Reservations not cancelled 48 hours before arrival would attract a
retention charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff. In the event of a cancellation
before 48 hrs. Please retain the cancellation number, to ensure that no retention charge is
levied.
Guests/Agencies are requested to settle their bills directly while checking out. We are not
in a position to accept personal checks and a signing facility is extended only to those
corporate accounts that have a credit facility with the respective hotel.
Prior information for a Smoking or Non-smoking Room will enable us to provide on
priority, subject to availability.

The under mentioned information is applicable only for group bookings.

The cancellation policy for group reservation is as under:

Booking cancelled within 7 days of confirmation retention will not be charged.

Booking cancelled after 7 days of confirmation one day retention will be charged for all the
rooms confirmed The no of rooms cancelled 24 hrs prior to the conference full retention for the
entire period of booking will be charged.
