Here is the basic tour plan based on the information you have provided.

Kerala Tour Package

Day 01: Cochin Arrival

You are greeted on arrival at the Cochin international airport /railway station and transfer to
the hotel/ resort in Cochin.

Day 02: Cochin - Munnar

Morning after breakfast transfer to the hotel/ resort in Munnar.Enroute visit cheeyappara and
Valara waterfalls and spice garden if interested . This small town in the Western Ghats which is
famous for its picture book towns, mist clad hills, sprawling tea gardens, sanctuaries and above
all the climate is one of the most sought after tourist destination in India today. By noon check
in to the hotel. Afternoon proceed to Rajamalai, part of Eravikulam National Park which is the
home for the highly endangered Nilgiri Thar. This place is the home for half of the worlds Nilgiri
Thar population. Evening back at the resort to enjoy your cool stay in Munnar.

Day 03: Munnar (Hills Station)

After breakfast, visit Mattupetty Dam were you can enjoy boating through the reservoir
flanked with tea garden on one side and never ending Grass land on the other. Mattupetty is
also famous for its Indo-Swiss live stock project. The Echo point, famous for its echo
phenomenon is a famous halting point for the tourists, Rose Gardens, Shooting Point , Tea
Plantations, Tea Musem & Factory. Evening Return to the resort and overnight stay.

Day 04:Munnar- Alleppey (Houseboat)

Wake up to the lap of nature. Take a relaxed breakfast. Then proceed to Alleppey. By noon
check in to the Houseboat for a 20 hour long cruise through the world famous backwaters of
Kerala. Houseboat (Kettuvalloms) is a indigenously developed and designed private boat with
fully furnished spacious bath attached bed rooms, hygiene kitchen ,dining area and private
front deck to capture the beauty of the back waters. The cruise through palm fringed narrow
canals, the unique life of the backwater people and above all the nature around you will make
long lasting impressions in your mind. Overnight stay in a houseboat.

Day 05: Alleppy - Cochin Departure

After breakfast check out from houseboat and transfer to cochin. Visit chottanikkara temple
.Afternoon transfer to fortkochi for local sightseeing in and around Cochin - the "Queen of
Arabian Sea", this is one of the finest natural harbors in the World and was one of the major
centers for commerce and trade with British, Chinese, Portuguese, Dutch, etc. Sightseeing
attractions in Cochin include Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Jewish Street, St. Francis Church
and Chinese Fishing Nets. Evening drop at cochin Airport / Railway station with ever lasting
memories of a holiday you will never forgets.

INCLUSIONS WITH ABOVE COST:

Accommodation with above mentioned hotels. Meal Plan = Hotels / Resorts on CP Plan
(Breakfast Only).Rooms are subjected to availability at the time of Booking.
All meals at A/C Deluxe Houseboat (Alleppey round)-A/C time from 9.00pm -
06.00am(only if houseboat is part of the itinerary).
Vehicle at disposal as per the itinerary. Accommodation on double/tripple sharing basis.
Transfer and sightseeing by A/c Vehicle, toll & parking charges, Bata all inclusive and
Interstate permit (if necessary)

COST EXCLUDES:

Any Airfare.
Entry ticket, permit fees, boat/ferry ticket, camera ticket at various places of
sightseeing.(optional activities on extra cost - Jeep Safari, Elephant ride,
Kathakali/Kalaripayattu show, Adventure park & activities ,Ayurveda massage)
Porterage at hotels and airports, tips, insurance, laundry, liquors, wine, mineral water,
telephone ,fax, internet charges and all items of personal nature.
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, etc.to be borne by
the clients directly on the spot.
Any other service/s not specified above and additional sightseeing or usage of vehicle
not mention in the itinerary.
If any expenses caused by factors beyond our control like weather conditions, Rail and
Flight delays or cancellation, technical faults, political disturbances, Harthal /
Bandh,Covid issues
Any increase in taxes or fuel leading to an increase in surface transportation & land
arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Terms & Conditions

Pick up & drop shall be at Cochin

Alternate equivalent hotels will be arranged in case of Non Availability of Rooms.
Extras other than mentioned in the Itinerary should be paid directly by the guest.
Rooms in Munnar & Thekkady are Non Air Conditioned due to their high altitude.

NOTE:
 In Kerala, all the Monuments & Museum are closed on all the Mondays.
Entry Tickets to Monuments, Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary are not included in the cost
and the same cannot be pre purchased.
Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on
availability of hotels mentioned.
Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by
guest as per the hotel policy.

Booking Procedure & Payment Mode

 Once you are happy with the tour plan and prices, please inform us the names and age
of the traveling persons, exact arrival date, Mode of arrival with timing etc.
 Once we receive these details on normal working days we will give confirmation from
our end in 1 day time.
 Once you get confirmation from us you can deposit 50% of the total cost as advance to
our account.
 On receipt of the advance amount we will send receipt and confirmation vouchers with
contact person details . Driver Details we will send one day prior to arrival .
 The advance amount can be paid through a bank transfer or cash deposit. The balance
payment will be accepted only as bank transfer a week prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation within 90 Days prior to the arrival date: No Cancellation charge.

Cancellation within 30 Days prior to the arrival date: 50 % Cancellation charge of the total
package cost.

Cancellation within 15 Days prior to the arrival date: 75 % Cancellation charge of the total
package cost.
Cancellation within 10 Days prior to the arrival date: 100 % Cancellation charge of the total
package cost.

For group bookings and December and January bookings, Cancellation depends on the hotel /
houseboat policy.
