Trip Itinerary
01 Day
 Pick up from Kathmandu and about 7 hrs drive to Pokhara.
 Lunch at Malekhu.
 Visit to Begnas Lake.
 Visit Mahendra Cave and Bat Cave.
 Dinner and overnight stay at Pokhara.

02 Day
 Wake up Call.
 Drive to Sarangkot for sunrise and visit Bindhayabasini temple.
 Breakfast at hotel.
 Boating on Fewa Lake and visit Barahi temple.
 After lunch, drive to Ghandruk.
 Dinner and overnight stay at Ghandruk.

03 Day
 Visit to Ghandruk museum and nearby villages.
 Breakfast at hotel.
 Drive back to Pokhara.
 Lunch at Pokhara.
 Pokhara Sightseeing (Mountaineering Museum, Seti Gorge, etc.)
 Dinner and overnight stay at Pokhara

04 Day
 Breakfast and visit Davi’s Falls, Gupteshwor Cave.
 Lunch at Pokhara Hotel
 Drive to Chitwan.
 Educational Activities at Chitwan.
 Evening Tharu Culture program.

05 Day Chitwan Tour
 Breakfast at hotel.
 Canoe ride, visit to elephant breading center with short jungle walk.

Services included in this package

 Accommodation with breakfast, lunch and dinner every day on tour, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian
meals on rotation.
 Transportation in a luxurious and comfortable deluxe bus.
 Lodging in tourist standard lodge/resort/hotel at sharing basis with 3-4 students per room.
 First-Aid medical assistance.
 Entry fees for National Parks and tourist attraction sites.
 Tour guide(s), trainer(s) and medical personnel, if and when required.
Incidentals (Services not included in the package)
 Toll fees and other applicable extra taxes.
 Expenses for personal consumables (laundry, telephone, tips, extra beverages, etc.).
 Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle(s), other than those mentioned in the package above.
 Fees for photography and video devices wherever applicable.
 Insurance against loss or theft of property.
 Any medical assistance/requirement(s) other than first aid assistance.
Terms and Conditions
 The tour dates will/shall be scheduled at least three weeks prior to the actual date(s) of travel.
 Any changes on the dates, if required, must be informed by both parties at least two weeks ahead from
the commencement of travel.
 50% of the total payment must be made before the commencement of the trip and 50% within two
weeks of the trip completion.
 Payments can be made either in cash or by cheques referred to ‘Kalpa Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd.’
 Charges for any incidental(s) and service(s) not included in the package mentioned above will not be
covered by Kalpa Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd.

Cost for the above mentioned program/package for each participant (per person), travelling either
partially or fully, other than those entitled with complementary services by Kalpa Hospitality Services
Pvt. Ltd., is NRs. 11,500 (Nepalese Rupees Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Only.)
