Dear Parents,

At Prudence, we take pride in nurturing every aspect of a student’s personality. Since initiatives and
experiences shape personality and perspective, we provide plethora of opportunities in the form of
educational trips / visits / excursions.

In pursuance of this initiative, in association with National Tours & Travel, we propose to organize
Manali Trip during the summer vacations for 5 nights & 4 days, for Grade 9, 10 & 12th from 02nd June
to 07th June 2022.

HIGHLIGHTS of the Programme are:

● Solang Valley
● Hilltop by Ropeway.
● Mall Road
● Tibetan Monastery
● Atal Tunnel
● River Rafting at Kullu
● Trek to Waterfall
● Bonfire & DJ
● Village trek through Apple Orchards

Each day has been customized to bring out and hone the different aspects of a child’s personality. The Trip
will be duly supervised by school teachers and instructors. Safety and security of the students is our prime
concern and quality Services will be provided. The students will have a joyful and enriching experience.
The total cost of the program is INR 16,000/-

Program Cost Includes:

Stay at 4 Star Property on quad sharing basis, All Meals; Travel from School to Manali and back in AC
Deluxe bus; All activities; Entry Tickets; Group Insurance; Services of Instructors & Equipment and First
Aid Medical Facilities.

Payment can be made by Cash or Cheque at the time of registration in favor of “National Tours &
Travel”

 THE SCHEDULE

DAY HIGHLIGHTS

DAY 1 Assemble at the school in the evening. Late Evening departure for Manali. Dinner
Enroute. Overnight journey towards Manali.

DAY 2 Breakfast enroute, Arrival at Manali. Hotel Check in. After lunch trek to local village
through Apple Orchards. Evening back to resort, Snacks and Enjoy Bonfire & DJ Night.
After dinner Overnight stay at Resort.

DAY 3 After Breakfast visit to Atal Tunnel, Snacks, Visit to snow view point. Lunch at
Resort, Trek for Waterfall, Mall Road, Diner and Overnight stay at Resort.

DAY 4 After breakfast visit to Solang Valley. Enjoy activities at Solang Valley (at your
own Cost). Snacks, Hilltop by Ropeway, Lunch, Visit to Tibetan Monastery & Mall
Road, Return to hotel and Dinner. Overnight stay at resort.

DAY 5 After breakfast, Visit For River Rafting at Kullu, Return to Resort for Lunch, Rest Time,
Evening snacks, Proceed for Delhi, Dinner enroute and Overnight journey in AC Deluxe
Bus.
DAY 6 Early Morning arrival at School. Trip Concludes.

Covid-19 Measures:-
● Fully Vaccinated Staff.
● Deep and Regular sanitization of the resort.
● Thermal Screening.
● Compulsory mask for all staff and students.
● Availability of isolation room.
● 24 hours nurse at the campus backed up with an emergency vehicle.
● Enroute hospital tie-ups and doctor on call facility also available.

Note: The spirit of this programme is to enjoy, engage with nature & introspect with self. Hence it is
