We are pleased to inform you that the school has arranged an optional Educational /Fun Trip especially for the
students of Grades VI ,VII, VIII and IX on 15th Feb 2024, to visit Magic Mountain

Mentioned below are the details of the Field Trip

Day 01 15th Feb 2024

07:30 am. Assemble in school premises
08:00 am. Board the buses and have Packed Breakfast on the way to Magic Mountain(60 Km)
09:30 am. Reach Magic Mountain and Check-in Process
10:00 am. Start with activities .
12:30 noon Lunch will be served at Magic Mountain
Post lunch continue with various activities
03:30 pm. Have Hi Tea and Proceed to board buses for departure to School
05:30 pm. Arrive at School and ward dispersal.

Participation in this Trip by Students is completely optional

Tour Cost per Student: 2400/-

Tour Cost Includes:

❖All Entry Fee

❖ Breakfast, Lunch, Hi tea (Hi-tea, wherever applicable)

❖AC bus

❖Sufficient Support Staff and Teachers escorting the students.

Tour Cost Excludes:

❖Personal expenses of whatever Nature.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

❖100% payment at the time of booking (Non-refundable.)

❖We will accept Online Payment through the School Portal – Loop Learning / Between us.

Please log into your Account, go to the Fees heading and in the Other Fees section, the Tour Payment Link will be visible. If any
query or issue related to online payment, please contact the School Account Department.

❖Last date to make the Tour Payment:8th Feb 2024

Please note:

As we are dealing with external vendors and venues, the below policies will have to be strictly adhered to:

❖The payment deadline will be strictly enforced. Students will not be able to attend the tour if they do not make the payment
before the deadline. No extensions to the deadline date will be given.

❖Payment for the tour is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Things for students to carry compulsorily

❖ Students will be in school uniform & wear ID cards, comfortable sports shoes and Cap. Hand napkin, towel, water bottle to also
be carried.

❖If your ward is attending the field trip, it is compulsory to send the consent form duly filled otherwise your ward will not be
allowed to take the trip.

SAFETY CARE:

❖School teachers will accompany the students to look after them on the tour. However, whilst every possible care will be taken for
a safe and smooth tour, the school authorities and their associated tour operators are free from any liability / responsibility arising
from unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

Student Learning Objectives from this Field Trip:

❖ Experiential learning provides essential life skills, Financial Literacy, Responsibility, Social andEmotional Skills, Leadership and
Accountability, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving

Please also note :

❖ Parents to drop & pick their ward from the School

❖ Expensive Items or Jewellery should not be worn by students.

❖Any kind of smart gadgets will not be allowed.

❖ Parents are requested not to send any cash along with the student.
