    Grade 1 - One Day Picnic to Bird Park and Tic Tac Tot
    Dear Parents,
    The school has planned an exciting one day picnic for Grade 1 students to visit the
    Bird Park and Tic Tac Tot on Monday, 9th January 2023.
    Please find below details for the picnic:
    GRADE 1 - Bird Park and Tic Tac Tot
    8:30am Assemble at school
    9:30am Leave for Bird Park and Tic Tac Tot (Enroute breakfast will be served)
    10:30am Reach and explore the Bird Park
    12:30pm Lunch will be served
    1:30pm Activities at Tic Tac Tot
    4:00pm Leave for school (Enroute dry snacks will be served)
    5:00pm Reach school and depart home with sweet memories
    Things to carry:
    • Water bottle
    • Cap
    • Dry Snacks
    • Hand towel
    • Extra set of clothes - track pants and a T-Shirt (in case required)
    • School ID Card
    The above-mentioned items should be labelled with the student’s name and grade/division.

    Trip includes:
    Transportation by AC buses to the venue and back, entrance charges to the park, enroute
    breakfast, lunch at the venue, enroute dry snack, well equipped first aid box throughout the
    trip.
    Please note:
    • Students will report to school using their regular mode of transport. Parents will have to
    pick up their child from school as per the time mentioned in the itinerary above.
    • Students must be in their PE uniform along with school shoes and must have their ID Cards.
    • Mobile phones, cameras, expensive watches or any other gadgets must not be carried.
    • Teachers will be accompanying the students throughout the day. You may contact the teacher
    in charge on 7045787694 in case of any emergency.
