PICNIC INSTRUCTIONS- CLASS 4

Dear Parents,
Kindly note the following regarding picnic on
Monday- 6th Feb:
1.House T-shirt, jeans and cap to be worn.
Only comfortable sports shoes or sandals
to be worn. No school shoes as these may
get mixed up with others. No watches or
jewellery are allowed.
2.Those going for water rides need to carry
their swimming costume, cap, towel,
slippers, comb/lotion. Also a plastic packet
for carrying wet clothes. An extra set of
coloured clothes can be carried.
3.Light snacks and juice for the bus and
water bottle has to be carried. Breakfast,
lunch and evening snacks would be
provided at the resort. ID card is
compulsory.

4.Parents are requested not to be late to

school to pick up their wards. Kindly aim to
reach between 4.45-5pm. Those who are
getting their wards picked up by other
parents, need to give an authorization
letter along with the childs ID card for the
same.

5.Those coming by private transport need to

reach school by 8am. Those using the bus
facility will come to school in the regular
bus route.
6.It would be a holiday for those children
who are not going for the picnic.
